please forgive me but I am still confused about this, I don't really know how to go about this? I am interested in this because of the scholarship covers living as well as travel expenses but on the websites of most of the universities it is stated that they are scholarships for fee paying international students, so am confused. Also, are there any scholarships like this in Canada or Germany for masters programmes. Thanks.
Why are you confused? Every question and/or concerns you have are addressed in the advertorial. Plus you could follow the link at the end and do some more reading. Please don't be lazy...these things don't come easy...if you really want it, you must be ready to put in the work.
Cheers.

CrimeRe: Woman Brutalized By Police Baby Dies In Incubator- Daily Sun by lobell: 10:37am On Jul 25, 2015
On the cause of death, Dr Efunbu Dosekun of Outreach Hospital, who spoke with Saturday Sun, explained that the baby had breathing
problem which they battled all through the night to control. “It is rare for a premature baby to survive because there must have been
a problem that led to the child being born earlier. When he was rushed in to our hospital, we did all we could to save his life.
“The best thing is for the family to go for an autopsy to have a clear understanding of what really happened. Chika’s placenta de
tached from the baby and the unborn child was breathing on its own inside his mother’s womb.We thank God that Chika did not
bleed to death before the doctors on duty discovered that”, she stated.
Is this person really a doctor? NMA should investigate please. There's just so much wrong with our Country. Too many quacks and unqualified people in decision making positions.

You are welcome back: it's been a while. This Saudi Arabia scholarship does it apply for only undergraduate yet to finish their first degree.
yeah, sorry for the long period of absence. My workload trippled and the little time I had for searching didn't turn much up.

This particular scholarship targets undergrads. However I believe applying to their graduate program will also attract some funding...this is oil money we are talking about. So go to their site and look around and also apply...like I like to say, you never know until you try.
Cheers!

EducationMo Ibrahim Foundation Fellowships In Africa by lobell(op): 10:47am On Jul 22, 2015
Get yourself updated here first https://www.nairaland.com/2087594/international-postgraduate-scholarships

Mo Ibrahim Foundation Fellowships in Africa

The Mo Ibrahim Foundation is offering an incredible opportunity for folks looking to connect more strongly with Africa: the foundation is offering annual grants of $100,000 for three fellows to work at the African Development Bank (AfDB), the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA), and the World Trade Organization (WTO), respectively.

While the famed Ibrahim Prize awards presidents and leaders after their careers have ended, the Foundation fellowships aim to develop African leaders earlier in the process.

Young professionals, mid-career, and new executives are all encouraged to apply.

Working with the African Development Bank (AfDB), the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA), and the World Trade Organization (WTO) the Fellowships Programme will help to prepare the next generation of outstanding African leaders by providing them with unique mentoring opportunities.

Having identified a lack of opportunities for aspiring leaders across Africa to gain critical experience at the highest levels of multilateral organisations, the Mo Ibrahim Foundation has worked with these partners to create the Fellowships.

The AfDB, UNECA, and WTO will each host an Ibrahim Fellow in their executive offices. The expectation is that Ibrahim Fellows will go on to play a major role in the governance and development of the African continent.

Ibrahim Leadership Fellows will be selected by the institutions in conjunction with the Mo Ibrahim Foundation and will take part in a 12 month fellowship with one of the participating organisations.

They will be young professionals, mid-career and new executives under the age of forty, or forty-five for women with children. The Fellows will be nationals of an African country with 7-10 years of relevant work experience and a Master’s Degree.

They will support the work of the institution to further promote the economic development of the continent.
The deadline for applications will be end of September.

Your idea of responsibility is financial. Anyone can decide to be responsible but can u back it up financially? E.g rent hall for wedding, house rent for a 3 bed, marriage rites, having a kid etc. Can you do all that if you earn only 3million per annum? embarassed
3m p.a.? Aremyou kidding me? That's an assistant professors salary (one step away from an associate prof. and two steps from being a full prof) in Nigeria and believe me that's big money. The younger lecturers can not wait to get to this position...and yes they are presently married with kids and earn less than half that and they are alive and well.

It is abundantly clear that you are not serious about this business. Questions are asked by people who are about to part with their hard-earned money. It is your duty to answer the questions, put them at ease, and sell them on your idea. But it seems you are very bad at marketing and not passionate about this at all.

This also shows the kind of aftersales service one would get that is if you are genuine and not just another scam artist.

Anybody who deals with this guys does so at his own risk.
