Thank you bro,Yes i know ,but i sourced for everything on nairaland from the Architech to roofer and Aluminium windows and they all delivered beyond my expectation,the little saving grace for me was i ordered just 1 piece of everything form this scammer to test water ,imagine if i have ordered of 5 toilets seats,5 cabinets and shower and all turned out to be junks.

what was his excuse for sending items that were different in specifications from what you ordered for?

I think it's mere speculation by the dealers, made payment for 200bags today at N2,600 per bag in Abuja.

The dealer said she got goods yesterday but not selling them for now, expecting another truck by tomorrow.
After much persuasion, she agreed to sell at N2,700 per bag just for me or wait for new deliveries

church account was credited in error and the Bank did not complain for 4years (Church has not done anything wrong, it could be a donation from an anonymous member of the church)
The Bank filed a suspicious transaction report to NFIU for an error committed by them.
The STR report filed about 4years ago is been used against Magu.
Magu denied the accusation, the church also denied the accusaiton.
The Bank MD admitted the credit was an error and the STR report filed against the church was an error.

The Church has every right to sue the Bank and Magu has every right to sue the Bank also

Here in Lokoja, we buy 9" block for N125 and 6" for N95". A trip of sand is N7500 and filtered gravel is N11000. The ground is so strong that a lot of times, we meet rocks. I hear and understand that 3M may not work in some places but here it will go far.

In Abj you can get 9”block for btw N170 and N180 depending on the quantity.
20tonnes of granite is about N67,000 at N2,700 per tonne and transport about N13,000 - N15,000 depending on the location of your site.

The average sqm(floor area) for a typical 3bedroom should not be less than 120sqm.
So how did you get your 70sqm for tiling.

Let's say

Foundation- 750k(no German floor)

Blockwork -

2500blocks - 2500 x200 = 500,000
Sand. = 1trip of 20tonnes (40k)
Cement = 35bags x 2550 = 90k
Labour =. 2500 x N55 = N137,500

=N767,500
Lintel work + reinforcement(carpentry + iron Bender + casting) = N200,000


Blockwork - N967,500


Roofing - 800k without parapet (Kobo Kobo roofing)

N2.5m- total

Windows and doors - 500k(average)

N3m . This is how far N3m can go.


Floor Tiles - Let's 120sqm
120sqm x 1200 = 240,000
Tiler - 36,000
Cement and sand 100k

Since it’s a kobo kobo project, N3m might not be enough but it will go far.

Provided the land is a good one, foundation should not be up to 750k.

You can get block less than the N200 you quoted, 9inches block is about N175 and you can even use 6inches block for most of the work.
Roofing can be lesser than 800k.

There is no point tiling the whole house since it’s a kobo kobo project

Truly sorry I have not been able to give a lowdown on expenses made so far from the foundation to the German floor, i haven't really had the time to compute it. I will do that in due time.

The 458,000 is what has been spent so far from the German floor to the current level it is(lintel).
