So it means there is 1computer to 4people in Anambra(apart from computers owned by individuals and offices )

In as much I agree with your assertion, my question is why now ?
Dangote Cement in Obajana has been in existence for quite some time now having by not only created thousands of jobs to the community and the indegene of the State.
The road from Lokoja to Kabba was constructed solely by Dangote Cement. Infact the road was constructed with concrete cement from Kabba to Obajana and Asphalted from Obajana to Lokoja Junction. Any frequent road users will remember the condition of this road to Kabba in years past.
Now, the road has been an alternative route to many travellers from the South thus made many road users to escape the incessant kidnapping and armed robberies corple with bad road on Okene route.
My take is this, it's more of political and why the action now ?
If Dangote had contributed immensely to Yahaya Bello's presidential ambition or supported him in one way or another, this action would not have been taken place.

It seems the case has been on for a while, a pannel was set up by the House of Assembly and he was invited but never showed up.
The house demanded to see the title documents of the land, but he refused to honour their invitation.
As regards the Obajana road, it was not done freely. There was like a tax concession with the FG, assuming your tax should be N100 for the year, you pay N60 and use the balance to construct the road, the concession will go on until the amount spent on the road is recouped back as tax concession.
I don't think he's doing anything special for the community, no light, no internal roads, no pipe borne water. But go to the north and see the kind of infrastructure he's putting in place .
The Govt was wrong for shutting down the factory, Dangote was wrong also if all the allegations are true. This will definitely affect his business and reputation, he might eventually be dragged to court for tax evasion and land grabbing if the allegations are true.

If he can get at least 50%-60 % of the entire NE, NW and NC then he's good.

SW will definitely go for TINUBU, it will be a clean sweep of all the SW states. Fayose has aligned himself already, Makinde will follow.
So the major work is the North, Kano with the highest number of voters will be a tough one btw Tinubu and Kwankwanso, but I think Kwankwanso will win Kano and maybe 1 or 2 more states in the North.

I doubt if banks will accept scanned copies of form A.
If you have friends that works in the Bank, sign like 2 extra copies of form A and give your friend before you travel.

Go ahead with your admissions application while you simultaneously apply to renew your passport.
I got 4 offers for my wife by skipping the columns that requested for passport details.
Eventually stemmed down to one and we have an unconditional offer already. You can beat the time by doing both at the same time.

this was same reason I missed this January set last yr, passport expired 0ct last yr and my contact person told me 2weeks, 2weeks turned to 1 month plus. B4 it was ready Nov ending time had gone... me I wrote to the school to ask them if I can apply without passport or with my expired passport they said no I should get a new one.

I seriously doubt if schools would treat your application cos they need a copy of your passport as identity, secondly to make sure the names correlates with your credentials they will need it to verify your previous visa history with UKVI( if you’ve been refused before or if you studied in the UK before) but I will suggest you write to tell them it’s under processing and you should be able to meet up with the condition of it’s provision if every other requirement is met and satisfactory upon perusal of your academic credentials. Let’s see if they would accept, but I seriously advice getting the passport should be the peak of your priorities at the moment.

I'm in the process of renewing my passport and my contact person said it might take up to a month before the passport will be out as there are no materials on ground for the printing of passport.

1) Can I apply for admission with only my University transcript and secondary sch certificate ?

2) Can i still send in my application by June/July for September admission?

A bulk of the problem of this country is from the state govt level and not fed govt
