Follow this step. Hope you can get that app deleted.

Go to settings=apps and notification=click on see all apps=all the apps on your phone will come up. Locate if you'll see any suspicious apps or the ones you're not familiar with or the once with some dubious name. If you're able to find it or them, deleted and uninstall them.

It's a 3rd party app that causes chrome to open itself, just download 'malwarebytes' from play store and it will resolve it.
