That is where you are so wrong. undecided Most serious international organisations would give you an assignment or a project, as well as the tools you need to deliver it. Your deliverables and timelines are clear, while the process of execution is clearly spelt out, including the escalation paths you need to take, if you ever run into a hitch. So why on earth would you fail to deliver on a deadline? huh Especially when you have managers and project teams, who check in with you regularly on the status of the project, or its' deliverables?

A lot of local firms, expect staff to be productive, but hardly give them the tools, time, resources, coaching and support to achieve their deliverables. They only believe in issuing queries up and down, or even enforcing rules designed to stifle the person mentally. I have a friend going through that stress right now, and I have advised him to choose between his health and his job. sad He has just been diagnosed with high blood pressure.

And finally, would anyone who skips work like you alleged, be allowed to stay in a serious organisation?? shocked You sef, check am well nah. Maybe, you are the one who skips work and gives excuses, which is why you think everyone is just like you. If you are, I advise you to change.

Wubbish! sad From experience, I have discovered that it is companies that value mediocrity who thrive on such mundane and ridiculous rules. A serious organisation interested in hiring the best candidate (not the one that simply wants to fulfill all righteousness, o!) would either reschedule the interview, or make him wait for another hour or two, to interview him that same day. undecided

An international organisation once asked me to come in for an interview. They rescheduled it twice, to accommodate my plans. At the end of the day, I got the job but had to decline the offer as it came too late, because I had already started working elsewhere.
Hahaha! International job man!

I believe u fail to deliver on deadlines, come late to work and skip work whenever u feel like, all you need to do is to give excuses and of course they take ur excuses because u are one of their best brains! wink

What are you saying? Quickly join another vehicle and move? shocked Do you think it is that easy? Do you even know the location where the vehicle broke down? undecided It could have been right on top of 3rd Mainland Bridge, where many vehicles will be speeding past, but none will stop for you! Apart from that, people are very wary about stopping to pick up strangers, these days. Finally, he may just have had enough money for that particular trip and joining another vehicle, would have meant paying extra money which he didn't have! shocked
Like I answered other people before you, he never ready to get the job.

The problem of cleanliness in Nigeria is the fault of Nigerians, not LAMWA, or any govt agency.

So, if you want to blame anyone...blame you, me and everyone else that does not put his or her refuse away properly
So because it was not disposed properly, lawma refuse to clear it? You too get brain!

Christianity Etc › Re: 5 Old Beliefs Of Pastor Kumuyi Of Deeper Life Which He Latter Abandoned by Lomprico2: 12:04pm On Feb 18, 2018
INTERMAN:
Thank God the man of God is still standing for holiness and righteousness. But here are some old beliefs of WF kumuyi in which he latter sent into oblivion.

1) TELEVISION- In the early days of Deeper life church. Television and anything that relates to it was seen as a taboo. The gadget was tagged "the box of the devil" and members of the church were strictly warned against Tv, video cameras in wedding and so on.Repairing of TV was also abomination. But today, the church itself, I.e Deeper life Bible Church now have over Ten thousands television in their various church for live transmissions. Video cameras are also now been used during events by members of the church

2) BE HAPPY WHEN YOU ARE SICK: In one of the old messages of pastor kumuyi. He made mention that saints and Christians should be happy when they are sick because it should be a thing of joy when it is time to cross over to the other side of eternity I.e heaven. But today, Pastor kumuyi now pray against death of members of the church and even organizes monthly programs and crusades against every form of sickness and disorders. He equally encourages his pastors to have some time to rest to prevent deaths and illness from overstress.

3) WEARING OF SUITS: Although he was not against wearing of suit. But he said he preferred wearing his Shirt and trousers. That was majorly his mode of dressing until the early 2000' when Pastor kumuyi suddenly changed to suit and Tie which has hence became his permanent mode of dressing.

4) BUILDING OF SCHOOLS BY THE CHURCH: It was believed that the church never intended to build any university or schools in the past so that Members can spread and shine as salts in the world rather than been confined in a given location. But today the church now has many secondary schools (Deeper life high schools) and a university (anchor university)

5) USE OF HANDKERCHIEF IN HEALING: In the late 80's or early 90's handkerchief was said to have been used by the man of God during miracle services, but this was latter abolished.
Corret money don touch him hand na. What do u expect?

this is the case then why bring it up?

I'm not of the RCCG but this is just stupid of the OP

You weren't forced to take the bag so don't make mockery of what doesn't concern you. Respectfully drop it where you picked it and move on.

MIND YOUR OWN RELIGION.

MODs it'll only be fair that this post is taken down... it was only created to insult the Christian religion. The OP is not here to kill his curiosity but to throw religious shades.
Point of correction, Rccg is not christianity!! No church denomination is.

Good points.
Unfortunately the media is only interested in selling negative news which will bring out the sentiments in people.
Until we stop looking at criminal activities from a religious, political and tribal angle, we will make no head way in curbing it.

A lot of things are so wrong in Nigeria, but the mentally lazy good people will never come out and do anything about it together.

The bolded red quote is a sad commentary on the state of our medical profession and in fact all professionals in Nigeria. A doctor advising patients to seek medical advise from a pastor has zero medical knowledge. The Doctor's license should be withdrawn.
Pls read what u highlighted in red but this time very careful.
