it's usually different for every woman. Depending on the length of her cycle and if it is regular. Days 1- 10, day 1 is the day she starts her period, and from day 20 till the next period is approximately safe.

If a woman wants to track her safe period. It is easier to download a period tracker app. It makes it easier.

Any date on a scan is ±2weeks, so the real age of the baby may be between 8 and 12 weeks. Pregnancy is calculated from the last menstrual period which is approximately 2weeks before the baby is concieved. There's a 50% chance the baby is yours. In case of doubt go for paternity test. I am not a party to paternity fraud

The age of criminal responsibility in our criminal law is 12 years, not 18.
Kids below 7years, at law, do not to have the mental capacity to discern between good and evil, thus can't commit crimes.
Kids aged 7 and above but below 12 years can be found guilty of crime. However, there is a presumption at law that they do not have the mental capacity to discern between good and evil. Thus, for the prosecution to ground their conviction, they must successfully rebut this presumption.
Kids aged 12 and above are criminally liable as the adults. The only difference is that they would not be sent to the normally prisons, but to juvenile or correctional or rehabilitative facilities. And capital punishment will not be passed on them, that is death sentence.
