zaragoza: are u aware the ASUU/Fgn agreement was signed in 2009? So why didn't they incorporate the agreement in this year's budget. Simply put, Fgn has no intentions of honouring the agreement.
I'm not saying that they shouldn't be granted their wish, but a father who wants to impress a hardworking family must make sure he has the required resources and leaves nobody untouched.

If federal govt should honour that agreement at this point in time, then they should expect other associations to start popping up and demanding greatly even at more dire circumstances.

This strike could be called off, the ASUU could be meeting with FG while lectures are going on in our various institutions.

If you are in support that FG should pay the amount ASUU is demanding, you may come back here to scream that an important project has been abandoned by the federal govt and that this administration is clueless.

ASUU should also be sensible. How could they be asking for such amount of money by this time of the year, knowing fully well that this year's budget must have been implemented.

I think some people have highjacked this association for selfish interests. They want the federal government to go on borrowing so that they can open their wide, smelling hypocritic mouth and say that the president is clueless.

GEJ can not be dragged down by rascals.

Longeria: I believe the prophesy of the man of God.
I don't know why you people have chosen to remain gullible and deluded for a life time.

For Kraist sake which prophet or man of god waits for the day before an event to start predicting or prophesying what would happenhuh
What happened to year 2000, 2001, 2002, they year Assad mounted the throne, etc. Why didn't he made this prophecy/prediction those years, or hasn't god called him then?

cjrane: [size=18pt][b]You can call them gullible, naive, easily persuaded or whatever words you think your superb intelligence can muster, but let me just tell you that those of you still playing with the words of this great servant of God will eventually learn the wisdom of some of us who initially doubted him completely, only to eat our words of doubt later through the years. When Prophet Joshua suddenly begins to warn about a rather off the topic issue, be certain that something dreadful is being warned against.

I personally consider Prophet TB Joshua the ONLY credible man of God in Nigeria. I haven't said there are not others, but i said I personally consider him so.

In-case you didn't watch his Sunday service or you are just trying to mock yourself,
TB Joshua is urging restraint by the World and powerful nations from using force against ASSAD regime of Syria. He said the issue inside Syria will be overcome with force being contemplated now, but it will eventually spread violence into more than 5 countries in that neighborhood. INCLUDING TURKEY!

Prophet Joshua is begging that the issue of Syria be re-introduced to the Arab league to seek solution with the ASSAD regime through love and not by sword. It will be a difficult process but it will have far less consequences than striking militarily on Syria by a coalition of nations

Foreign Affairs › Re: Do You Support The Coming American War Against The Syria Assad Regime by Lordave: 9:19am On Sep 05, 2013
fewj: Reading through different comments regarding an impending war or should I say an impending U.S invasion of Syria and It sovereignty, Here are some points I think we should all note:

1. This impending invasion is a product of political turmoil, citizens of syria have rejected their government especially their president just like some other Arab nations did recently, why can't president Assad just step down, your own people don't want you anymore, you're imposing yourself on them at the cost of so many lives!!! You definitely do not have their best interest at heart!

2. This crisis didn't start today, its been on for over two years, neither the Assad regime, the U.S., Russia or even China have been able to come up with a reasonable solution and execute it to the later, Russia and China especially so far haven't done anything to mitigate the hardship being faced by Syrians through medical and food aid and anything else, instead they've been making huge profits from it buy selling more weapons to the Assad regime!!! grin

3. I never saw any thread here on Nairaland suggesting a solution to this crisis, or even commensurating with the Syrian people in their time of hardship for the over two years its been on sad

4. I also never saw any thread criticising the U.N. Security council for not doing nearly enough all this time, or even a thread mobilizing an anti Assad or even an Anti civil war rally all this time, now thousands have died! angry

Finally The U.S. is bold enough to initiate a military strike, tongues which have been silent to the death of people's children, parents, their lovers, spouse, uncles and aunties are now wagging. angry

In my opinion, the solution is very simple, Russia which has strong ties with the Assad regime should offer the Syrian president and his cohorts asylum, that would be a major game changer.

(If Russia won't, GEJ should set up a joint committee of boko haram and Mend to go and kidnap Assad cheesy cheesy cheesy, Na joke I dey o kiss kiss kiss)
despite your joke, you made a million senses.
