Today makes it 30 days (September 18th) since we had our biometrics (Standard Application) at TLS Ikeja. We received 1 Empty NSF each as an applicant and a dependant.
We made 2 paid calls and 3 paid mails till date. The recent mail response I got today stated that they are sorry for the delay, that they are working on our applications and a decision will be made soon. No documents was Requested till date. The wait is killing. Kindly advise!

Yes you can escalate

Either, paid call/mail are attended by the same team and will require same process of escalating

If your application is up to 15days you can do escalation mail that takes about 15 days for them to respond they set you up for an interview or ask more documents within the escalation period.

No, born in the US means he'd get US passport which allows him into the UK for a period of time 6months or so.

Rules are changing in Jan 2024 regarding MA switching before end of studies, it targets switching to skilled workers visa but may also affect switching to other visa category

My story is special i bless God, took a crazy risk, i bought my flight ticket before biometric even wen 3 different ticket agent adviced me not to buy ticket yet I went ahead and got ticket for 4 @ 1m Qatar Air and also sold all my property before biometric, if u check clearance sale on nairaland u will see dat i posted my property.

Hello Fam! Pls need quick advice. I have a friend whose family is into this carer business In the UK. I have seen a couple of the family members travel through this route.

Long story cut short, I enquired how it's done and was referred to the company's representative here in Nigeria. We spoke and he told me it would cost about 4m, exams and all inclusive.

What’s the relationship between f1 and travel history, assuming is b1/b2 now I would say he wants to know if you explored other countries and returned in the past. Invitation or exams form, certificate of origin, FSLC, SSCE, BSc or HND NYSC discharge cert/Exemption cert, 3pasport are what the requested.
