It all depends on which visa shes on, if she's on student visa, you'll apply as a subsequent entrant with proof of relationship.

Looking at the above you have 8 years of IT support experience. The issue is if you go for ICT Support Engineer 263212 assessed by ACS, your degree is not I.T related, hence you will have to go via the ACS RPL route which will deduct 6 years of your experience. You are then left with only 2 years.

Another option will be to explore ICT Customer Support Officer 313112 assessed by TRA. You might be eligible for SA 190 and 491. Also it is less competitive and you only require 75 points (including state points) as specified by SA.

3. You must do a course of 104weeks minimum to be eligible for post-study visa

My question/concern.
A course on its website states '2 years full time', but when the CoE certificate comes out, course start date(24/2/2020), and course end date(31/12/2021), which is clearly 22months.

I am worried because, I have seen post(s) here that clearly stated, if the course is not exactly 2years(24months), no chance for a Post Study Work Visa.
How unsettling should I be about this ?
If a case for PSWV will not exist, how can this be solved.

I anticipate every truthful response.

Sometimes i feel it depends on the officers discretion. For me, they threw my ponmo, Ofada rice and iru to the bin even thou it was branded, while a friend brought them in without them checking at all.

Yes you can. Provide them with the reasons and supporting docs. I did the same when my visa wasnt granted for my initial start date.

Well i think you can change, but maybe schools differ on procedures. In my case, I enrolled for MBA but i changed to MIT in the first 2 weeks of my first semester.

I studied Accounting and finance with CGP of 3.91\4.0 (@ KNUST Ghana) I intend going for MSC in Accounting or Finance or Business Analysis. But seeing that Business degree cant fetch you PR, I want a change of Program.
