GerogeI: Do not report the community as you won't make headway. They have no right to interfere with or manage power, and you do not have anybody's identity.
Rather report EEDC to NERC for empowering and utilizing thugs and unknown miscreants to interfere with your light, extort money from you, without providing meters.
In addition, if you have a lawyer among you, go and start a frivolous case against EEDC, demanding compensation. You will get their attention very fast. Exactly my point. Leave and his ranting. Check what i quoted |

LosC: Ghettokid1 , let me help your ministry 43 rifles and 1,117 ammunition hidden at Lame/Burra forest in Ningi Local Government Area (LGA) of Bauchi state, have been recovered by security operatives. The arms were uncovered by a renowned bounty hunter, Ali Kwara who led the operation in collaboration with security agents. Though no arrest was made, the recovered ammunitions were however exhibited at Bauchi Government House. Governor Bala Mohammad commended security operatives and also described the arms recovery as a "great feat". He stated that there would be no hiding place for criminals in the state. Bala said; “In collaboration with the police, we have really confiscated this from bandits who are at large and they have run away from Bauchi.
“There are some informants within and outside the towns of Bauchi and environs that are helping us to do this and this is a collaboration between both the government, Ali Kwara and the security agencies so that we will be able to have a very concrete community engagement with a view to knowing all those bandits."Lalasticlala Mynd44 |

Omar09: Currently I stay in Imo state, and in my neighborhood, we've had enough of the indigenes and their bullsh.it with how they are maltreating we the tenants via light. They are in much control of the light. They heaped heavy bills on us the tenants yet we still pay without complaints and I got to find out that they indigenes don't pay too tho that is not my problem. My problem is, we pay 2k (two thousand naira) per month (depending on the house and if you borehole), yet we may only use 2wks of light when calculated. Sometimes we stay for over a week without lights yet we pay electric bills. If you don't pay, they cut your wire and you will pay reconnection fee. Now they have imposed another bill on us up to 5k (five thousand naira) a month on us! How do I report this so that where I live everyone gets a metre?
Martinez39s CAPSLOCKED anyone? At the Bolded. Trust me, there's an Indigene that works with EEDC and he/she is aware of the happenings. You're also living in a foreign land and you need to be cautious of your actions too. If i may ask, what's the population of the non indigenes like? |

ZAMFARA STATE GOVERNMENT HOUSE
(PRESS RELEASE) Zamfara State Governor Bello Mohammed (Matawallen Maradun) has given an express directive to all school principals and feeding officers in the state to henceforth eat the food they serve students or face dismissal.Governor Mawalle, who supervised the compulsory eating by Principal and staff of Goverment Science Secondary School Gusau and Government Girls Secondary School Gusau, was dismayed after meeting the students eating sudstandard food.Matawalle who was not happy with the quality of food he met in the two schools directed that “Henceforth, the principals and the feeding officers throughout the state must eat the same food they cook for their students or be dismissed”.The Governor expressed his dismay with the type of food provided to the students, in spite of huge amount of money being spent by the government on the program. He warned that henceforth, his administration would deal decisively with such negative attitude by those entrusted with the responsibility. Governor Matawalle, who was in a state of anger at what he saw, decided to make it compulsory for the officials to eat together with the students amidst cheers from the visibly elated students. “You must henceforth eat your food with your students and I will keep you on watch so that those who violate the order would be dismissed” Matawalle directed. He noted that the state government has been providing all necessary food items for the students and must therefore be delivered to them appropriately or face the wrath of his administration. This directive, Governor Matawalle said, applies across the state.Zailani Bappa Special Adviser Pub. Politics › Reps Direct NAPTIP To Publish Names, Photos Of Sex Traffickers by LosC(op): 10:14pm On Feb 26, 2020 |
The House of Representatives has directed the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) to publish the names and photos of sex traffickers.
NAN reports that this followed a unanimous adoption of a motion moved by Rep. Rimamnde Kwewum (PDP-Taraba) and seven others.
Presenting the motion, “Need to Investigate the Degrading Sex Slavery Nigerian Women are Subjected to”, Kwewum lamented that there were currently thousands of Nigerian women and underage girls turned into sex slaves globally.
The lawmaker said that some West African countries had “become notorious in maltreating Nigerian women, keeping them as sex slaves”.
He said that several investigations carried out by NAPTIP showed that between 20,000 to 30,000 Nigerian girls were sex slaves with 50 girls being added to the list every day.
“Because of increased efforts of the security agencies, traffickers no longer accompany their victims to Mali but now “waybill” the girls through Cotonou.”
He added that the victims were deceived by friends and relatives to leave Nigeria to work as domestic helps, hair dressers or in sales in “Mali-sia”.
Kwewum said that NAPTIP investigations also revealed that the girls were trafficked to the mining areas and rebel held areas of Mali.
He said the report showed that Malian law enforcement agencies collected taxes from Nigerian women on a weekly basis, treated them forced them to use condoms.
“Nigerian women are forced by their ‘Madams’ to sleep with numerous men, without using any protection, hence the high incidence of sexually transmitted diseases and other ailments.
He said that in spite of numerous reports and pictures of trafficking sent to Nigerian security agencies at the borders, no action had been taken to curb the practice.
“The House is concerned that several of the girls tricked into travelling out of the country have been brutally penalised (by the traffickers) for insisting that they would not prostitute.
“The house also observes that current efforts to combat the menace are commendable though not far reaching and comprehensive and have not been adequately funded”, Kwewum added.
The lawmakers urged personnel of the Nigerian Immigration Service at the ports and borders of Nigeria to permit trained NAPTIP officials to operate, to spot, identify and prevent the illicit emigration of potential victims.
It also directed the Committee on Human Rights to conduct investigation into all aspects of sex slavery and recommend appropriate budgeting and legislative measures. https://dailypost.ng/2020/02/26/reps-direct-naptip-to-publish-names-photos-of-sex-traffickers/

ImoFirstBorn: Press Statement
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) alerts that the All Progressives Congress (APC) is currently mounting pressure on the Supreme Court to restrain itself from reversing the flawed judgment on the Imo State Governorship election despite obvious mistakes in that judgement, which is now threatening the stability of our nation.
The party, which hailed Wednesday's verdict of the Supreme Court on Bayelsa state governorship election, however noted that the elements and grounds for the demands by the PDP and majority of Nigerians for the reversal of Imo state governorship election judgment are completely different from those of Bayelsa.
The PDP explained that its demand on Imo is not in any way in contestation of the authority and finality of the Supreme Court but a patriotic effort to assist the Supreme Court affirm its infallibility by correcting the inherent mistakes in the judgment which came as a result of misleading presentation to it by the APC.
It is therefore instructive to note that the various election matters before the Supreme Court were brought on clearly distinctive grounds and each should be treated on its merit before the law.
The party said the only reason APC was pushing for a review of the Supreme Court’s valid and flawless judgment on the Bayelsa and Zamfara governorship elections was to cause confusion and blackmail the Supreme Court from treating the Imo case on merit.
The PDP maintained that the grounds for the reversal of Imo judgment are unambiguously constitutional and completely distinct from APC’s attempt to blackmail the Supreme Court with their demands on the Bayelsa and Zamfara states governorship election.
The party therefore urged the Supreme Court not to succumb to the threats and blackmail by APC to push it restrain itself from looking at the merit of the Imo case; correcting the mistakes and reversing the flawed judgment.
