This is an election tribunal. You use evidence to counter evidence or else you are roasted.

Tinubu is banking on technicalities because he knows that he has no evidence to counter any evidence.

The evidence brought by both Atiku and Obi are certified true copies obtained from INEC on subpeona. INEC is part of the suit. You don't need any call this or call that or check this or check that. Wole said that the results doesn't change from hardcopy to IREV so why are you ventilating compare this or that? INEC should have done the comparison before announcing the fraudulent results.
