I think its time to sue PHCN to court, i just moved to a new place, was told that PHCN do take meter readings, naturally i am careful when it comes to power consumption being an electrical engineer, the first month i got a bill of N3500, which i felt was pretty fair, second month they gave me a bill of N4500, i paid without any issues, the third month they refused to bring my bill, but i noticed that they gave my neighbors estimated bills of N5800 so i just made a payment of N6000 to my PHCN account only for me to get my present month billing of about N6500 also showing that the previous month which they did not bring bill for was charged at about N18000 for a bachelor !!!. i am so mad right now cos from experience if you pay such bill they will see it as an opportunity to continue their crazy and dubious billing.. i am so ready to sue them right now as i know that they are used to people writing them letters... I need advise on what to do mates..

Moderators please help put this on the home page so i can useful advise on time....

I am frustrated with Zennith debit mastercard,i loaded it with lot of money thinking i can use it while in Canada.

I had been to four different banks, all are rejecting my zennith and Fidelity visa card.

Does this happened to anyone please? I had used it couple of times while in Lagos.

Hmmm. Try increasing the engine speed with the gas pedal, before engaging gear, see if the engine will stay on then. Don't rev too much though, otherwise the car will literally take off as soon as the selected gear is engaged!

The car parts are readily available in the market, a friend owns one an i am about picking a 2002 model too because i fell in love with the car. a strong engine though the engine is not the same one as you posted. find the engine of mine attached. in case you still have fears check online about the car

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has granted new international banking licences to nine banks, national licenses to six others and regional licenses to two banks.

Those in the international category included the Access Bank; Diamond Bank; Fidelity Bank; FirstBank Plc; First City Monument Bank (FCMB) and Guaranty Trust Bank (GTBank).

Others are Skye Bank; Zenith Bank and the United Bank for Africa (UBA).

Those who got the national banking license were Citi Bank; Ecobank Nigeria; Stanbic IBTC Standard Chartered ; Sterling Bank and Unity Bank, while Wema Bank and Equitorial Trust Bank (ETB) will play as regional banks.

It will be recalled that the apex bank stopped issuing universal banking licences last year and said it would enforce new minimum capital requirements for different categories of bank, in a bid to avoid a repeat of near collapse of several banks in 2009.

International banks require a minimum capital of N50 billion under the new regime, while national banks require minimum capital of N25 billion.

Regional banks, which can operate in only six to 12 of the 36 states of the federation, are required to have N10 billion.

Meanwhile, the CBN has said the rescued banks have until the end of September to reach recapitalisation deals with new investors or face liquidation.

The apex bank had, in 2009, injected N620 billion into nine banks deemed by auditors to have become so weakly capitalised that they posed a risk to the entire banking system in Nigeria.
