Also, the NE is the poorest geopolitical zone in Nigeria. A comprehensive development plan to bring Gov't closer to the people is needed.

2. Managing hard feelings from 2015 polls - GEJ is likely to win again, let the "dogs and baboons" people not slay youth corpers and innocent people again.

There are always two sides to a coin.
If Buhari wins as well, he has to form an inclusive gov't and placate the SS especially. Militancy may be a major challenge judging from Asari's statements and Tompolo’s warships acquisition. Yar'adua got militancy under control so it's doable.

3. Managing up for sharp drop in government revenue due to oil price fall - diversifying of the economy is the solution, the present govt is doing that, it can't be attained over night, for example the reforms in agriculture, aviation and automobile, when all the megawatts being installed are supplied to the national grid, there will be more stable power for anyone willing to run a business.

GEJ's gov't has not tackled the bedrock of a sustainable economy. Power, Refineries, Security and Corruption must be tackled before any meaningful diversification can occur. He's building a proverbial house on quicksand.

4. Tackling industrial-scale oil theft - we should remove our mindset from oil and stealing of it, esp the youths... it will go a long way.

Wishful thinking on your part. This one is simple. You can't give Tompolo NIMASA to handle and expect bunkering not to sky rocket.
However, on the long term Yar'adua's amnesty and rehabilitation of militants which GEJ has abandoned (especially the rehabilitation) part needs to be resumed. Also, sincere and comprehensive development of the SS zone is a must just as in the NE.

5. Figuring out what to do with PIB (Petroleum Industry Bill) - When the cabals holding it down leaves it, it will come to fruition, we know the people that don't want it passed, but no matter how long u hold down the truth, it will always come to fore light, except that delaying more will allow the rot in Petroleum Industry to continue.

Wishful thinking again. So you expect the cabal to leave when they decide to? Dude, Refineries, Refineries, Refineries. Whether by gov't or private intervention, we need them functional. That's how to get rid of the cabal without a single arrest made. And we save forex as well. We need improve technical know how of locals in the Oil and Gas industry. Then, PIB will make sense.

6. Incessant strikes by healthcare workers and teachers - Each party must consider the people first.

Wishful thinking once more. Phew. GEJ only listens when it's close to election time. Various unions have been disgruntled for a while but ignored until now. Their grouse have to be understood and addressed. But it's all part of the Nigeria system not working at the moment. Power, Security, Refineries, anti-corruption fixed, economy stabilised for diversification, and all these symptoms will go away.

7. Arresting Naira's fall against major currencies - Less reliant on oil, check 3 above

Yes check 3 above but blue bold. Naira has been falling forever and will will keep falling until the bedrocks listed in 3 are adequately addressed.

8. Lifting power generation now stuck at 3,000MW - OP, power is currently above 4000MW, get facts right, it was 2500MW before Jonathan came in and today it is over 4000MW, there are more power generation stations going on, once they come on, there is hope for another 2000-3000MW making it around 7000, then when the private power companies finally stands on their fit, power shortage will be history, have hope.

You're not conversant with current developments in the power sector. According to the third quarter economic report of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Nigeria lost 350 megawatts per hour of generated electricity in 2014 bringing down the earlier 3250MW of electricity being generated to 2,900MW.

9. Liberating Bama, Gwoza, Michika, others from Boko Haram - With less sabotage and more support from all concerned, with the kind of weapons being brought in, boko haram will be gone for good.

Wishful thinking again! A President cannot sit on his butt and hope for support from all concerned. Same as 1 above, Starting a strategic counterinsurgency program and curbing military corruption it is. Poverty eradication and sensitization of the masses against insurgency and terrorism is needed just as in 1.

10.Rescuing Chibok girls* - I doubt if the girls will be rescued, more effort should be on preventing such thing from happening.

My footnote comment in OP stands. You agree with me. It is close to impossible to get these girls rescued.
I suggested substituting this with Rebuilding Nigeria's Refining capacity. This cannot be overemphasised. We lose much needed forex importing fuels after selling crude, we pay a cabal more than they deserve and we are at the mercy of global prices. Even OPEC stated that we suffer from low oil prices cause we don't refine

We are all forgetting something! Who caused the price hike in the first place? FG of course! How? By reducing fish imports too much! They couldn't estimate what we produce and what we consume realistically. So why would they claim any glory from allowing more imports to crash the price?

This will discourage local fishing.

Premium Times is asserting that their investigation shows that 203 soldiers were sacked secretly by the Army.

The first is very very libelous.
The second is debateable from a libel perspective.
Get a legal practitioner's opinion if you still disagree.

Suddenly Buhari has no certificates. Because they don't want us to look at their massive failures in Power, Refineries, Corruption and Security.
If indeed Buhari has no certificates then GEJ and Jega need to resign ASAP for their incompetence since 2011.
I bet you everyone knows Buhari went to the prestigious military academies as claimed. Disqualify him let's see how it will turn out.
Infact, an illiterate Buhari is more competent than GEJ judging by their past antecedents and performance.
