Nigeria needs Dubai more than Dubai needs Nigeria.

On the issues at hand as it pertains to flights in and out of Nigeria. Dubai needs Nigeria. You simply don't get the cost of 21 flights per week the UAE is loosing. Guy I am not talking about any other aspect but just focus on this flight issue.
This issue won't affect any other relationship Nigeria has with Dubai. The foreign envoys wil still be meeting as usual and they will find a way to solve the impasse.

Moreover, Nigeria's foreign policy doesn't capture the middle East so apart from trade and immigration please tell me what Nigeria has to lose and the last time I checked the UAE is not our biggest trade partner except that their carrier comes to Nigeria to make millions of dollars every week.

Please apart from economic issue of which country is richer or what not. As it stands Nigeria is richer than the UAE but na mismanagement dey worry us. So please don't go that route at all.

Enlighten me more on the reason why Nigeria needs the UAE diplomatically than they need us?

For an airline that is making 21 flights out of Naija per week there is more at stake for them than it is for Nigeria. We just need to understand the basics. But they started somehow either by lease or by whatever. I just don't trust the Nigerian Government to deliver on this project.

No sir, you get UCI number when you create your study permit application sir. There are two different things sir ICAS is an ECA body (Educational Credentials Accessment service) which is used for Express Entry system and UCI is your personal unique number assigned to you when you create your study permit application sir.
