Foreign Affairs / Re: This Is The Game Iran Played: A Very Smart One. by Luchitec(m): 8:05am On Apr 15 |
The original poster is either uninformed or deliberately silly. A comparison of the economy of both countries will confirm that whereas Iran has almost 10 times the population of Israel, it lacks the wherewithal to prosecute a war of serious magnitude. Iran is a country blessed with abundant natural resources and smart people, but the country is almost ruined by the intermingling of religion with politics. https://countryeconomy.com/countries/compare/israel/iran Jogs1900: |
Foreign Affairs / Re: Iranian Citizens Rejoice As Missiles Leave Iran En Route To Israel (video) by Luchitec(m): 7:41am On Apr 15 |
It is obvious from your post that you are quite uninformed about the economy of both countries. For your information, Iran's GDP per capita is not even up to 10% of the value for Israel. Check other indicators via the link below, and you will realize that your previous submission is pure bullshit. https://countryeconomy.com/countries/compare/israel/iran professor100: |

Mazi Ugwoke, you are actually doing a disservice to the former governor with the way you are responding to people here. Whereas I agree that the former governor is an easy-going gentleman, I am of the firm opinion that he underperformed as a governor . Honestly, can you compare Ugwuanyi’s eight year tenure with that of his peers in Ebonyi State or Anambra State? Indeed, the last federal election in Enugu State was a referendum on Governor Ugwuanyi tenure, and it was a humiliating verdict. His performance as a governor was so bad, and unparalleled in the history of Enugu State, that even his own senatorial zone rejected him! So, I really don’t understand what you are defending. Foreign Affairs / Re: What We Will Do To Hamas Will Be Remembered For Generations To Come - Netanyahu by Luchitec(m): 1:08am On Oct 10, 2023 |
No mind the guy, he fails to understand that terrorism is quite different from conventional warfare. The United States with arguably one of the best military intelligence and resources was still caught napping by the 9/11 events. My comment does not in any way excuse the poor Israeli intelligence and security lapses that made this level of attack possible. PoliticalChinex: |
Foreign Affairs / Re: Gaza Militants Practiced Kidnapping Of Israeli Soldiers (Photos) by Luchitec(m): 7:01pm On Oct 09, 2023 |
There is nothing really surprising here per se, this is a disaster in the making for the last nine months. The decision of some of the Israeli army reservists (members of an Elite Intelligent Unit inclusive) to abandon their duty post and join the anti-government protest contributed to this mess. Of course, while it is okay for people to fight the Netanyahu government's bid to make a sweeping judiciary overhaul, it should not be at the expense of the national security. The image of the military openly revolting against the government has been the right opening for detractors. The situation was so bad that a top officer in the Israeli Defence Ministry warned about the damage the unprecedented activism in the history of the nation was causing. Well, now that the chickens have come home to roost, the Israelis would need a serious introspection. In fact, the country will never be the same again. With the number of fatalities thus far, I wonder what some of the protest leaders would be thinking at the moment. vivaciousvivi: |

Let him be; he should continue making noise or man up and show us his own analysis. Although the IREV results may not be accurate, I still think that Obinoscopy has shown some level of objectivity in his analysis thus far. Some folks are just fuming now because the outcome of his analysis of River State results is contrary to the first report that indicated that the APC scored the highest total vote cast in the Presidential election. Real trash! I just can't comprehend the hatred some Igbo people display towards Peter Obi. The OP talked of building alliance; what has the so-called alliance with the PDP yielded for the Igbos? Nothing. The OP failed to understand that one positive outcome of the 2023 elections is that politicians, especially in the eastern part of Nigeria will now sit up. This is because the elective power is mostly in the hands of the electorates now. obailala: 1 Like |
