So, if not for his usual condescending attitude, nothing stops Engr Dave Umahi from enlightening the public a little about the financial aspect of the road project. He could have simply said that the average cost is location dependent; that while the cost per kilometer in a swampy area could range from this amount to that amount, the unit cost could be as low as this amount for non-swampy areas.
