@Markenny, why all these, your lawyer will try to aviod too much interview...he will make many excuse to aviod ther stress
for long time,like maybe he get you place in therapy section..or medical condiction. that will
take there intresse away from your case.

2:you have to pay a private lawyer for that,about 500 euro upward....
but u are not paying cash...maybe 10 or 20 euro every month.

Why this processes is going, will they give me temporarily stay permit. I am coming with a visiting visa, how can i cope without any problem.

@davedavy, What's your advice, I am coming with a visiting visa with condition that if i failed to come back, i will have problem with my future application and i wish to seek asylum.

@Markenny, please tell me about the asylum seekers, what are their live there is like and how did the survive. Can oneself get temporary stay easily thru asylum seeker without been deported. Please enlighten me more. Thanks

Dear all, My passport was rejected due to problem with the lamination (plastic foil), and the passport cannot be used for a visa application. Therefore, i was kindly ask to procure a new passport for visa application. The problem is with passports issued 1-2 year ago.

So, please how can i go about this? I was referred to Abuja. How many days will i used to procure a new passport and cost cos is just to download it and reprint. However, can i do it in Lagos as well. Need you responses urgently...

@tennyalad, Slovenia embassy in Egypt, should oneself be present at the embassy to apply for visa or mail his/her application to Egypt for visa or is there any embassy in Nigeria you can apply thru them.

wat are the chances for undergraduate transfer to get visa? I have graduate but do to some reason i can't go for master's now but undergraduate transfer. I am worried abt that 'cos i want know if i can evaluate my transcript as undergraduate/transfer or Graduate. Response needed

If the CGPA is of 2.4 in 6 years, i mean 1 year extra year, what's it equivalent with that of WES evaluation. Moreover, resat carry over with good grade, how did they calculated it.

Perhaps, how more is the cost of WES and how long it takes for the evaluation. Meanwhile, did they send it to any institution you want to send your transcripts to in future time and how much per send.

@Ojap, what your friend main CGPA and the scale in Nigeria before it's been evaluated by WES on a scale of 4.

House, please help, am in owerri and i have my interview next week tuesday 7am. Where am going in states will bear for all though i will be financing my trip completely but i have a printed statement of account on april that i want to used which i didnt used again. So i want to know if i can use it for my interview on tuesday cos i dont time to run around for statement now cos am travel to lag on monday to met up the 7am tuesday. House advise me
