Yes there are rules in Islam but are we sure when he started praying? Was it before or after it started raining?

This is not how to put up a defence. You should pick them item by item and explain them. You just muddle up the whole thing.

Your statement is very untrue. The quran is the most contradictory book in history. The quran itself confirm its own contradictions:

When We substitute one revelation for another,- and Allah knows best what He reveals (in stages),- they say, "Thou art but a forger": but most of them understand not(Quran 16:101]).

When allah was substituting one revelation for another, how would there not be contradictions? If he said 'yes' yesterday and substitute it with 'no' today, what do you call that? Don't marry unbelievers yesterday, marry them today. What a serious contradiction.

I hate the ways some muslims try to defend islam. They can just tell any lies.

Where does the verse specifically mentioned juju and voodoo people?

Are the Jews and Christians not called idolaters and unbelievers in islam?

[Quran 3:151] Soon shall We cast terror into the hearts of the unbelievers for that they joined companions with Allah, for which He had sent no authority: their abode will be the Fire: And evil is the home of the wrong-doers!

Who are those who joined companions with allah? It is the Christians who were said to join companions with allah. Why cast terror on them, the exact way ISIL and other islamic terrorists are doing if they are believers?

Are you saying the people of the Book are also islam believers and therefore muslims can marry them? So, to you, the Jews and Christians are no more Kafr when it comes to marriage issue. This is pure hypocrisy.

[Quran 9:29] Fight against such of those who have been given the Scripture as believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, and forbid not that which Allah hath forbidden by His messenger, and follow not the Religion of Truth, until they pay the tribute readily, being brought low.

The people who have been given the Scriptures are the Jews and the Christians. They forbade not what islam forbids. Are they believers in islam?

The more you want to defend islam, the more lies you will need to tell.
Yes my statement is the truth and will always be the truth with all due respect I do know that you are a Christian and I don't expect you to read the Quran with the same understanding of Muslim Quran 16:101 that you quoted is not a contradiction take a closer look at the first statement "When We substitute one revelation for another" it clearly says substitute one revelation to another (i .e New Testament[Jesus] substituted for old testament[Mose] ) some laws may changed in process the Quran was not talking about changes within a revelation but between revelations not about changes within the Quran itself but about changes from the old testament to the new testament then to the Quran(last testament) you want to ask why will God Allah be making all these changes? The time it takes between two revelations sometimes can take a long time maybe 500 years to over a thousand or more but mankind usually go astray from the previous revelation which is why God (Allah) kept sending revelations through different prophets to explain why sometimes these new coming revelations usually abrogate some old laws from the previous revelation take Microsoft(not the best example) for instance the first windows platform created by Microsoft was very simple probably require much lesser memory to install which doesn't support internet browsing as it is today then came window 95, 98, 2000, vista etc let's say Microsoft was able to release the new window 10 of today back in 1993 you and I knows well that the world as of 1993 was not ready for window 10 same thing applies with God's revelations take for instance when Adam and eve were around way back then the same God (Allah)made it lawfully for their children brothers and sisters to marry one another, many many years later when the population is much bigger mankind now ready for like an Update(i.e Microsoft) God will now send a new prophet with a newer revelation with same goal but may have newer laws n rules this is the best way I can can explain Quran 16:101 to you if you read second part it says Allah knows the best of what He sends down, in stages say: "You (O Muhammad SAW) are but a Muftari! (forger, liar)." Nay, but most of them know not.

The verse dose not specifically mentioned juju it was me that included Juju that was why I placed it brackets but to be precise juju is also part of idolaters that the verse mentioned if we really need to break it down it's like you tell telling your employees No drinking of Alcohol on the job and one of your employee said it's OK to drink beer since you didn't specifically mentioned beer

Yes the people of the book are Christians and Jew because their books (old n new testament) was revealed by god too but when the Quran describe some Christians that are associating partners with God as late (disbeliever) it meant Christians calling Jesus God it's a known fact from some western historian that believe some of the early Christians do not see Jesus as a God but more of a prophet of God these early Christians do not believe in the Trinity either not all Christians believe in the Trinity even though majority do believe it the Quran was not flip flopping when it describe the Christians one way in one chapter then describe them another way in another chapter there are difference within Christianity in the last 2000 years Muslims see the early Christians that sees Jesus as a prophet as the True Christians it's a known fact that there's no clear and unambiguous statement by Jesus himself in the Bible that says he is God or people should worship him I challenge you to show us if it's really in the Bible that Jesus actually said he's God or he should worship he is nothing but a messenger of God.

Qur'an 9:29

Take a closer look at all the above verses the first 2 chapters Quran 25 and 45 are addressing non muslims in general but Quran chapter 9:29 is addressing a specific group of non Muslims the key word here is Jizya just like I said in my earlier post if you understand Arabic you have a better understanding of the Quran there's no English word for Jizya the best way to define Jizya is close to the payment of tithes by Christians or payment of zakat by Muslims (both are religious payments) Jizya is like these two payments but is not religious it's an obligatory fee that non muslims residents in a Islamic society have to pay this is close to the tax system we have today in modern society and the Quran never said they should be killed it said fight them meaning the state should deal with them until they pay it take for example in the u.s.a Wesley snipes went to prison for not paying all his taxes he just came out recently. The Quran was not revealed as a completed book and handed over to prophet Muhammad(saw) in one day but it was revealed sometimes just one verse or two verses and sometimes maybe a whole chapter through Angel Gabriel over a period of about twenty something years Allah sometimes reveal certain verses or chapters for different these chapter about Jizya is a Madani Surat meaning if was revealed in The city of Medinat after the prophets Muhammad(saw) migrated from mecca to Medinat to escape been killed by non muslims in mecca this was during the early days of Islam the first model Islamic society was then created in Medinat according to the sheria which also includes Christians and Jewish residents they all signed a treaty and the first Islamic constitution the Muslims are obligated to pay the Zakat while the non muslims are obligated to the Jizya which is usually lesser than the Zakat of Muslims these money are usually meant for poor in the community, to maintain the roads or even to equip the Muslim Army whose job includes protecting everyone in Medinat including the Christians and Jewish and all places of worship ( masjid, church, Jewish synagogues) from any outside invader this was part of the treaty signed by all everyone over seen by Prophet Muhammad(saw) he was the statesman Quran 9:29 can be seen as a proof that during prophet Muhammad(saw) time the Islamic government have provisions for Christians and Jewish to live in a Islamic system but today most people misunderstood what Muhammad(saw) stood for they don't even understand the true interpretation of Quran these people includes many muslims too (i.e Boko Haram, Isis, Alqaida)

Just like I said before the Quran does not and will never contradict itself the first chapter you mentioned specifically mentioned idolaters (juju, voodoo people) while in the second chapter Allah is informing the Muslim that the people of the book(Jew's and Christians) their women are lawful and their food is OK to eat by muslims but the idol worshiper woman is not good for the Muslim man to marry and their food is unlawful for muslims too this is not contradicting one thing some Christians failed to understand is that in Islam Allah teaches us that all the prophets are all practicing the same religion (they all preached submission to the rule of God ) which simply means Islam in Arabic if you submit to the rule of god almighty then you doing what meaning is in Arabic called Islam Mose did not called his religion Jewish religion nor did Jesus called his religion Christianity all these names usually comes up after these prophets are long gone, most of these prophets are not Arab and probably dont speak Arabic except Muhammad (saw) which why you wouldn't here them say my religion is Islam but if you check the true meaning of their religion starting from Adam all the way to Jesus the word for it in Arabic is Islam

Thanks for this above quotes let me say this the Quran does and will never contradict itself as a Muslim l will never insult the Christianity or Jewish religion in Islam we have six(6) Articles of Faith
1-Belief in God
2-Belief in His Angels
3-Belief in His Books
4-Belief in His Prophets and Messengers
5-Belief in the Day of Judgment
6-Belief in God’s Divine Decree
A true Muslim must believe in all 6 or he/she is not a true Muslim No 4 says Belief in His Prophets and Messengers which means as muslims we are to believe in all the previous prophets and their authentic books( not corrupt by man after the prophets are gone) which is why you will see from your above quotes from the Quran Allah never mentioned an idol worshiper yet he mentioned the true followers of Prophet Mose and Prophet Jesus(son of Marriam) Peace and blessings to God be with them both Ameen Allah mentioned them along with the Muslims in the Quran the first 2 verses you mentioned are two different chapters talking about not just Muslims but the last chapter was just addressing the muslims

IslamRe: Contradictions In The Quran by Lukay99: 6:45pm On Aug 19, 2015
truthman2012:
It is often said by Christianity critics that the bible is full of contradictions. The bible is the word of God but with statements and comments by various kings and prophets. These human comments or statements are where the critics found their socalled contradictions. They have not been able to point out any error when the prophets say ''Thus saith the Lord''.

[s]The quran is said to be the words or revelations of islamic allah [/s]received by a sole prophet, Muhammam. Allah boasted there cannot be discripancies or contradictions in his words (Quran 4:82), but a thorough study of the quran reveals the contrary. For this boast the whole quran is nullified by a single contradiction.

Point of correction the Quran is not a revelation of Islamic Allah but a revelation from ALLAH (God) there is no Islamic Allah and non Islamic or regular Allah this just shows your level of Islamic knowledge I'll try my best to answer all your questions to the best of my knowledge your first question was about receiving the book of deed in the left hand or the back the English translation of the Quran is not literally the word of God(Allah) but it's the translator English choice of words of translating the original Arabic language Quran because the Quran was revealed in Arabic language I think you should be bilingual you should know that no 2 languages are the same English and Arabic as a language are not on the same level English as a language is very shallow but Arabic on the other hand is very deep and more complex there are many words in the Quran that the English translation is not doing justice to because there's no proper words in English to best describe it which why we as muslims don't call the English or any other languages translation of the Quran the word of God(Allah) I know many Christians do call the Bible the word of God.
To really understand The first verse you quoted you need to understand that it was revealed in Arabic through a Arab prophet and Arabic people what is their culture like or ways of interacting with one another like if you really want to get the best understanding of the Quran you need to understand Arabic and some of the culture too if a Arab shows you the bottom of his feet is insulting you or give you something with the left hand is not proper so to the best of my knowledge all I can tell you is that Allah is taking in parable just like in many places in the Bible

The Muslim army conquered Jerusalem
in 637 AD and the al-Aqsa mosque was
completed in 705 AD. The problem with
the above passage in the Quran is that
Muhammad died in 632 AD, which was 5years before the Muslim army reached
Jerusalem and 73 years before the al-
Aqsa mosque was built.
What most our Christians brothers and sisters failed to understand about Islam is that Islam as a religion started way before Prophet Muhammad(saw) the Arabic word ISLAM simply means fully submission to the rule of God, Right from day one of the creation of this world what all Prophets have been preaching to the people is to always follow the rules of almighty God(i.e worship of the Creator not the creations) all Prophets starting from Adam have been preaching the same thing fully submission to the rule of God which meaning Islam in Arabic, even Jesus never preached Christianity or named his religion Christianity neither did Mose named his religion a Jewish religion. What Islam teaches us is that God have always given mankind just one religion but people with time always change the religion and give it a new name what you also failed to understand is that al-Masjid al-Aqsa had been around way before Prophet Muhammad(saw).

The patriarch of all the believers of Allah (God), i.e. Jews, Christians, and Muslims is Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham, PBUH). He built the Kaba in Makkah with his firstborn son Ismael (PBUH). This was an order from Allah (SWT) that Ibrahim and Ismael (PBUT) construct this Holy House of Allah (SWT) as a place of worship for all the believers on earth. Ismael (PBUH) was 17 at the time he and his father built the Kaba. Prophet Muhammad (PB UH), a descendent of the Prophet Ismael (PBUH), would come nearly 2,500 years after Kaba was built and repurify it as a holy place of worship according to the teachings of the Prophet Ibrahim (PBUH). As stated in the Torah and in the Holy Quran "all the generations will be blessed through I brahim (PBUH)" (Genesis 12 and 18 Holy Bible, Chp 2 Verses 123-141 Holy Quran).
In Jerusalem, Prophet Ibrahim (PBUH) also established a place of worship. This place would later be known as The House Of Allah (God), or Beteyel. Forty years after the construction of Kaba, Prophet Ibrahim expanded this place of worship. Isaac (PBUH), Prophet Ibrahim's younger son, worshipped in Beteyel, but also made journeys to Kaba in Makkah for Hajj (Pilgrimage) as did Ibrahim (PBUH). Jacob (PBUH) the second son of Isaac (PBUH), extended Beteyel as a place of worship for all the believers of Allah (God) in the region. The natives of the land, the Palestinians, believers in the teachings of the Prophet Ibrahim (PBUH), also worshipped in Beteyel or The House Of Allah (God). Ibrahim (PBUH), referred to Beteyel as "Masjid Al-Aqsa", which means the farthest place of worship of the One God. Prophet Ibrahim (PBUH), was stating that Masjid Al-Aqsa was the farthest place of worship west of Kaba in Makkah.

Some years later, Prophet Joseph (PBUH), the son of Jacob (PBUH) attained a high position of power in Egypt, he sent for all of his family to come live with him in Egypt away from the poverty of Palestine. There were 33 in all, Jacob (PBUH), his children and his grandchildren (Genesis 46 in the Torah). Because there was no one left from Jacob's (PBUH) tribe to care for Beteyel, Jacob (PBUH), intrusted care of Beteyel or Masjid Al-Aqsa to the natives of the area, the Palestinians. This was acceptable due to the fact that the natives were also followers of the Patriarch, the Prophet Ibrahim (PBUH). The Israelites remained in Egypt for four hundred years as slaves to the Egyptians with no connection to Palestine, the land from which they immigrated (Genesis 15 Verse 13-17). This choice was not forced on them, they simply chose to leave Palestine for the sake of the wealth and riches in Egypt.
In the time of Prophet Moses (PBUH), the Israelites were still slaves to the Egyptians. Allah (God) ordered Moses (PBUH), after freeing the Israelites from bondage, to lead them to Palestine. The Israelites rejected this order from Allah (God), and preferred to live in the desert of Sinai, rather than to sacrifice themselves for the sake of Allah (God). They believed this land belonged to the Palestinians, the natives of the area.
For fourty years, the Israelites wandered in the desert of Sinai. A new generation was born, and from it came forth Prophet David (PBUH), he would lead this generation of believers to Palestine. Prophet David (PBUH) established his kingdom in part of Palestine, and controlled Jerusalem. His son, Prophet Soloman (King Solomon) (PBUH) rebuilt Masjid Al-Aqsa with the help of the natives, and next to it he built the ruler's palace. After Prophet Solomon's death, his two sons divided his kingdom amongst themselves. Each son established his own kingdom and each had its own capital. From both of these kingdoms, Allah (God) raised prophets. According to Jewish history, these kingdoms existed for nearly two hundred years.

In 586 B.C., King Je-hoia-chin of Jerusalem, saw that he might lose his kingdom. He was the last Jewish king who tried to resist the Babylonians in Jerusalem. In his struggle, his kingdom was surrounded by the Babylonians who cut off supplies from the outside world. When the inhabitants of Jerusalem ran out of food and water, the king made a tunnel to enable his soldiers to escape and retrieve supplies from the outside world. Part of the tunnel collapsed, the resistance led by King Je-hoia-chin was defeated, and the Babylonians took over Jerusalem. The tunnel used by King Je-hoia-chin, is the same tunnel being excavated today in Jerusalem. After the Babylonians conquered Jerusalem, they took its inhabitants as slaves to Babylon.
The Babylonian King Nebuchadnezzar destroyed what King Solomon had built in Jerusalem (Kings 2 Chapters 24 and 25 of the Bible). According to the word of God in the Torah, the Israelites were made to be slaves in both the Nile and in the Euphrates.
After seventy years of slavery in Babylon, King Cyrus of Persea gave the Israelites their freedom. At that time very few of the Israelites returned to Palestine. These few Israelites worshipped only in The House Of Allah. For generations, the Israelites took care of Beteyel or Masjid Al-Aqsa. During the period when the Roman Empire was in constant battle with the Persean Empire, the Israelites aided the Perseans, and benefited when the Perseans had control of Jerusalem. Because the Israelites supported the Persean Empire as spies and in other ways, the Romans treated them as enemies of the Roman Empire.
In 70 A.D., the Romans destroyed (burned) Beteyel, and converted it into a place of Roman idol worship (Jupitor,etc.). In 315 A.D., when the Roman Emperor Constantine converted to Christianity, the Romans had no regard for Beteyel. It became a place were the inhabitants of Jerusalem, including the Jews threw their garbage. The Jews no longer considered Beteyel a Holy Shrine.

The Persean Empire defeated the Romans in 614 A.D., the Jews were now able to worship where they wished, but chose not to worship in Beteyel or Masjid Al-Aqsa. The Perseans controlled Jerusalem until 624 A.D. The Jews, who were in a position of power during this period, tortured the Arab Christians. Jerusalem was in need of a just ruler. Both the Christians and the Jews had suffered under different empires, and both knew that the Holy Scriptures promised the coming of a ruler to save them from all this unjust torture and aggression.
The Israelites were awaiting the coming of the Messiah, who would be king and ruler, and would defeat all the evil empires, as promised by Allah (God). The only Prophet in history to have accomplished this task, was Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and his followers defeated all the empires of the time, establishing the Kingdom Of God (Islamic State) throughout the region. This included Jerusalem as promised by Allah to the Muslims (Daniel 2 Verse 44 and Mathew 21 Verse 43). The Israelites had tried to fulfill this prophecy in 165 B.C., under the leadership of Judah Makabi. Within three years, he was defeated by the Romans, who regained complete control of Jerusalem. Prophet Jesus (PBUH), was also unable to accomplish this task mentioned in the Holy Scriptures. It was the Prophet from Arabia, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) who fulfilled this prophecy.
In 621 A.D., the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) ascended to the heavens in the night known as Israa and Mirag to the Muslims (Malachi 3 Verse 1-14). In that night, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) led all the Prophets of Allah (PBUT) in prayer in the Holy Mosque (Masjid Al-Aqsa). For this reason, Masjid Al-Aqsa is a holy place of worship for the Muslims, along with Kaba in Makkah and The Prophet's (PBUH) Mosque in Medina. These are the three most important Mosques to the Muslims.
In 637 A.D., the Christian leader of Jerusalem, Snaifors, realized through the holy Scriptures (Zeckariah 9 Verses 9 and 10), that the second leader of the Islamic State, Umar ibn Al-Khatab, fits the description of the one who would open Jerusalem and free it from the evil empires. Snaifors surrendered peacefully. Umar ibn Al-Khatab and the Muslims, after securing Jerusalem, again established Masjid Al-Aqsa as a holy place of worship. Both the Christians and the Jews were pleased with the arrival of Umar and the Muslims, and with the just rule under the Islamic State.
In the eleventh century, the European Christians in the crusades, tortured the Jews and the Muslims. They burned the Jews in the their Temples and they burned the Muslims in Masjid Al-Aqsa. The European Christians even tortured the Arab Christians and destroyed their churches. The Jews fled to Indulis (Spain), to receive protection under Islamic rule or a Muslim society. In 1189 A.D., the leader of the Muslim army, Salah Aldeen Al-Ayobi expelled the European Christians from Jerusalem, and returned Jerusalem to Islamic rule. The Christian, Jews, and Muslims lived in harmony under Islamic rule.

Why is islam the fasted growing religion in the world? My views are among the reasons why it is so.

1. Religious affliation by birth: in some predominantly Muslim lands, the law is that when a child is born, at his birth, he is designated and recorded as a Muslim before he is able to know his left hand from his right hand. Those babies add to the record of Muslim population despite the fact that the child has not personally indicated his religion.

2. Death penalty for leaving the religion : in some Muslim land, once being designated as a Muslim, the only way you can announce u re no longer a Muslim is death.
You might be killed if you renounce islam.

3. Forced conversion : this is presently being carried out most , if not all of the terrorist organizations eg al shabab, boko haram and isis .

With all this above, it will be easy for a religion to grow fast in a world plagued with strife and violence and all kind of bad things .
What you failed to understand is that when we say Islam is the fastest growing religion we are not talking about all your above points all your points are what I will attribute to the middle east or any muslims dominated region but the real growth of Islam is not the middle east but it's in the Western world(western Europe or north America) all your above points are baseless in the western world

CrimeRe: Prophet Commits Suicide Inside Kirikiri Prison by Lukay99: 1:38pm On Jul 28, 2015
Onwudinjo and Izuogu clashed at Olukosi Street, Shasha, Lagos where both of them reside.
According to Izuogu, Onwudinjo told him that he had a revelation from God that he needed to embark on seven days deliverance prayer so that his condition would improve for the better.

He said the Enugu State-born Onwudinjo explained to him that the money he asked him to pay covered the fasting and other spiritual materials he would use for the deliverance.

This is one of the so called Man of God doing this act in the name of God (Christianity) claiming he had a revelation from the Christian God but can we blame Christianity or the Bible for this? The answer should be a capital No but if it's the other way around and this happened to be a Muslim man claiming he had a revelation from Allah and if he goes to the extent of attacking people physically, not only will people blame him but they will also blame Islam and PROPHET Muhammad (saw) this people usually claims is because the Quran is a violent book that supports violence but if we actually compare both books we will find out that the Quran is actually far less bloody and less violent than those in the Bible. Violence in the Quran, is largely a defense against attack.

"By the standards of the time, which is the 7th century A.D., till today the laws of war that are laid down by the Quran are actually reasonably humane Then we turn to the Bible, and we actually find something that is for many people a real surprise. There is a specific kind of warfare laid down in the Bible which we can only call genocide."

It is called herem, and it means total annihilation. Consider the Book of 1 Samuel, when God instructs King Saul to attack the Amalekites: "And utterly destroy all that they have, and do not spare them," God says through the prophet Samuel. "But kill both man and woman, infant and nursing child, ox and sheep, camel and donkey."

When Saul failed to do that, God took away his kingdom.

"In other words," Jenkins says, "Saul has committed a dreadful sin by failing to complete genocide. And that passage echoes through Christian history. It is often used, for example, in American stories of the confrontation with Indians — not just is it legitimate to kill Indians, but you are violating God's law if you do not."

During the Crusades in the Middle Ages, the Catholic popes declared the Muslims Amalekites. In the great religious wars in the 16th, 17th and 19th centuries, Protestants and Catholics each believed the other side were the Amalekites and should be utterly destroyed.
We have people from all faith(religion) that usually twist their own religious text for their own personal gain.

ok. the special thing about the bible is that the word of God can come alive in you as you read it. the bible contains God's word, human words, animal word, even the devil's words.

God's word in the bible is not a dictation, it came by inspiration. the person who received the inspiration writes it in his own language and with his own style (which gives room for human errors - like writing four rather than forty etc) this is especially evident in the historical accounts. God's word though is a spirit and only by that spirit can you receive a revelation of the inspiration given to the writer by God.
the letter kills because you will be confused. the spirit gives life (that is the word of God)

*I no too like to dey type. hope my lil explanation helps* I still think you were simply being mischievous though, with some of the things you called contradictions up there.
According to your above statement I still think it is in Christianity best interest not to call the Bible the word of God but it should be called "the word of God according to so and so (eg Mathew , Luke, John .....)" and for your information there's a big difference between typo error and contradictions in the Bible is like calling an apple a orange

There is no contradiction in the world of God. If you want to comfirm Pls, give your life to Jesus Christ today.
You guys always ignore clear cut contradictions in the Bible and tells us we need to be born again to really understand it,this is my take on this issue since we are in a world of many many faiths and ideology what if other faith says the same thing? That we should first accept Sango, Buda or even the devil or whatever as our lord and savior then we will gets a better understanding of their faith I really don't think a true God works this way God usually sends prophets with a message of truth to the people which may include a religious text to educate the people about God first then it is left to the people to accept or reject just like taking a class lectures first then exams after not exams first then class lectures after, God don't punish unless he has sent a Warner first God is a merciful God, he usually give more than enough warnings before he can judge us for not believing in him but what you are saying is that we should believe in him first then we will understand his warnings(religious text)

The bible was not written for unbelievers
Wait wait wait I don't believe in what most Christians believe and you are now telling me the Bible in not written for me so how do you then expect me to get proper understanding of Christianity? Am I just to believe something I know very little about? With all due respect I think it is you that got it wrong

Luke 19:27 Jesus said, "But these enemies of mine, who did not want me to reign over them, bring them here and slay them in my presence."

From reading most of the comments above all I can say is that I wish people comments more like this everyday When it comes to religious issues of other faith without them calling other people religious beliefs bad names I also wanted to thank all the other non Christians (Muslims) reading this topic for respecting the Christians by not commenting negatively against Christianity or the the religious text Bible. this is the real tolerance of other faith that Islam teaches not what Boko Haram is doing even though I'm a Muslim I enjoyed reading most of the comments above it's really educating me more about Christianity
FamilyRe: Share Beautiful Names You Will Gives To Your Kids When They Are Born! by Lukay99: 4:14pm On Jun 05, 2015
After going through the comments I think the black race have a serious problem we like to say I'm black and proud but our actions reflects the opposite, I'm surprised when I see most of my friends that are based in Nigeria with their kids and yet this kids can't even speak any Nigerian native language they raised their children to only speak western languages with mostly western names but they get surprised when they see my son with non western name who is only 3+ speaking Yoruba fluently even though my son was born and raised here in the UNITED STATES this reminds me of one of Bob Marley songs The Redemption Song (THE BLACK RACE ANTHEM) "Emancipate yourself from mental slavery,
None but ourselves can free our minds." Fela also said it in many of his songs that we Nigerians always values anything western maybe good or bad Mr Follow Follow some go follow follow (oyinbo) dem close their eyes we abandoned our beautiful African names with very strong powerful meaning and we are picking up western names with little or no meaning this is one of the reasons why I always says that Africa's biggest problem is it's own people it's a pity we don't even like ourselves
