othermen: The failure of the president is seen in the death of thousands of people and his failure in the days to come may be the death of hundred of thousands, and those that chose him as the one to lead the coordination are probably ignorant of the President record and experience. This is his record. Not that, there were no deaths when Jonathan was president, but the death of Nigerians never became a norm during Jonathan's time. And he was never casual, when such death occurred, he visited the locations of such disasters, mourned with the family, he was compassionate, he addressed us. Recently, Chad president showed us what it means to be a leader in the fight against Boko Haram. Under the president, attacks on Nigerians, deaths are no longer news. Medical tourism reached its peak with the president. President Buhari has enough on his plate already and he should turn down the offer to concentrate on Nigeria, on Kano, where the virus continues to spread endlessly. He should address the ticking bomb, the poverty amongst his people first. Thunder fire bad belle. |

Ayoefa: Rubbish.
The level of stupidity and gullibility in this country is totally out of control. This is a burial not a party like Funke had at her house. This is a special circumstance where the rules cannot be enforced as in others. In fact I know someone whose family member died this week. They were allowed to move from one location to another and were allowed to perform the burial without any govt interference. Also, even the govt says that everyone should stay at home , but you are allowed to go out if you have a good valid reason to do so like buying food, fuel, going to the hospital, going to bury a dead family member. Almost everyone in these pictures are wearing face masks and most importantly, they are there for BURIAL not for a party. Better shut up if you dont know what to say. So are they all involved in lowering of the corpse into the ground or all of them are immediate family members. Now mention stupidity & gullibility as if you are not involved. So are churches & mosque parties? |

ignis: Nigerians are the problem of Nigeria. We behave reckless and stubborn in Nigeria, but when we travel out to white men's country we act coordinated at our best.
Simple lockdown and stay at home order has become very difficult to obey. Why offloading lifeless goods during this period of lockdown ? Well the driver of the goods must have bribed his way through the security personnel.
Wisdom 101 teaches that you don't argue with a man carrying gun, whether Armed Robber, Army, SARS or Police.
Anyways RIP to the death. Correct, Discipline 209 also say you dont open fire on an unarmed civilian just because you have a gun. |

Xisnin: Irrelevant. You will jump with joy if given an appointment today. The behavior of poor and average Nigerians is exactly like those they insult. Besides, will the dead man speak up that he should be or not be buried i.mediately? Definitely no, it's those his allies that want to hide one thing or another that can decide so it's possible they hide the true date of his death. |

Throwback: Yar'Adua died many weeks after returning to Nigeria in the dead of the night.
Though he was hidden from the public because he was in a vegetative state, many religious leaders were invited to see him, and some confirmed to have seen him alive but not active.
Yar'Adua died when he was announced as dead.
