Even though I'm a born again Christian, there is nothing bad in the arrest and detention of the boy in question. It is very disrespectful body shaming our first Lady with baseless accusations. Aisha Buhari is not our president neither was she voted for. We should know where to transfer our anger and aggressions. This will serve as a lesson to those untrained Obidients who believe they can disrespect anyone with contrary opinions, you will all rot in jail. Someone raised this question in church last week being a family weekend in my denomination.
She asked if it's right for christian couple to do other sex styles apart from the "mummy and daddy " style and there were mixed reactions from the youth and some of our old school parents.

One elderly woman said, there's only one way to the door while some young mothers said if both parties agree then it's fine but I ( representing the youth) was of the opinion that it's a sin. This didn't go down well with some of our middle aged mommies until I backed it up with some points..

One of the mommies was like, since they are now married, they own their bodies and can do whatever they like with it but I countered her by asking if such styles glorify God.

I went on to ask where such styles were copied from... Pornography. This dirty styles were not in existence before now and was not practised by our forefathers; even if it was, it was probably during Sodom and Gomorrah and we all know God's take on their actions. Now bringing to our own time, these styles became popular when pornography took over the internet and most couples practicing it learnt it from pornographic contents ( which is a sin) probably during their worldly days and are now gradually bringing such practice into the church and trying to paint it nice by saying their bodies belong to each other therefore they can do anything.

Pornography where these styles emanated from is a sin and this makes the practice of such styles a sin as it doesn't give glory to God but the devil. As christians, I believe everything should be done in moderation and to the glory of God.

Remember, your body is the temple of the holy spirit. So, do not use worldly practices and fetishes to defile your bodies.

Ok guys, I see everyone trying to justify this act by saying it's not stated anywhere in the bible what styles couples should do but at the same time condeming the act of anal sex. What a double standard.

Now, if we are to go by your submissions, where is it stated in the bible that the VJ is the right entrance and not anal?

Were Adam and Eve taught where to use, going by your argument? No, they chose it themselves. So why kick against anal if I can't kick against different styles?

This shows that we all have a sense of right and wrong and should be able to do the right thing and not try to bend it to favor us when it's not convenient reason some can say anal sex is wrong and different styles is not right. Simple!

But OP, some people are enjoying this abroad you are complaining about, such is life. What works for one may not work for the other.

What am I saying sef, long story short, know what you want, why you want it and why you are doing what you are doing, avoid the crowd mentality or the 'everybody is doing it' thingy.

Earlier this year, I went back in time to few years back when I was doing so well in Nigeria. The noises from friends and all nurtured the decision to move abroad inside of me. I became so restless till I finally leave. The first day in Canada was the day I knew this place isn't where I can be forever. Most of us would have come back before the time we had in mind except for the fact that I don't still have enough. If I want to travel to naija for vacation now, I will need up to $4k. If I take that away from my savings, I don't know how I can recover.

No one tells about the downside of this place. I feel lonely, depressed and empty most times. Because no one to talk to, just everyone in my workplace goin about their business. If I make attempt to talk to them, they just waive it with a smile. It's been 3years here and the people I still talk to on video call are friends from Nigeria. It's been 3years and my savings is still Short of $20k despite how much my friends in Nigeria do tell me how easy it is for me to make money abroad but I never tell them my situation. I can't wait to make enough and leave Canada for good. I know a lot will come at me with the usuall "come back to Nigeria na", please this is not an attempt to denigrate your abroad heaven, just for me to rant out and be fine

This month of October makes it complete 3 years since I wore graduation cardigan, poured water all over my body and wrote "done and dusted" on my white top, celebrating that I am a graduate but I am yet to see my result.

Although I am not the only but this dribbling from exam's officer to the HOD to the school senate to the DVC's office is just too much for me. These people seem not to realize the pains I am going through as a result of my inability to lay man hands on my certificate.

Where is my final approved result?

Exam's officer would say he's working on the result (3years on)

HOD would say the result is with him and he has sent it to the school senate/DVC for approval

DVC office would say no such result on their desk

HOD would say again DVC returned the result for corrections

Exam's officer would say again he is till working on the result

Exam's officer would say again bring money for your mobilization, the result has been signed and approved and I would pay the money but won't see anything.

Stories upon stories.

Part of us who graduated that 2019 have gone for NYSC and returned and yet the exact position of the result for those of us remaining cannot be said.

I have lost great opportunities all these while. I have been in serious pains, hardship and thinking too much (almost in depression) about my unemployed status. I have even become source of mockery and gossip to the people around.

It is not even as if I wouldn't get a job. But where is my result so I can apply for certificate and get a job and move on with my life?

Please I need legal advice on this matter. I'm considering suing the department and the institution at large for damages.
