Comfort is not a waste of money. His wife is never going to be comfortable living with MIL no matter what.
He can afford it. Let him be a man, get his own place and start a life.
Let him be a man, let him be a man, he pays for a house he hardly stay in. Hustle morning till night and landlord takes a huge chunk
InvestmentRe: Investing On Land Or Buying A Car For Uber: Which Is The Better? by Luxurydriverng: 10:44pm On Nov 12, 2019
I would advice you get a car for uber instead of buying a land, uber gives daily income. Land on the other hand is more like a long term investment.

Its a numbers game and numbers never lie.

Start early, I start at 6, you have 12 hours only. That's 6 to 6.

For every hour you're online you should be making at the very least 1k, preferably 1k5.
So that bad as e bad, 12k in a day.

One advantage with uber is requests can come from anywhere unlike taxify where positioning is key cos proximity to rider is more emphasized.
Uber also has more riders than taxify, requests are more frequent. (Numbers)
Residential areas in the morning, don't miss the early morning rush, its key. People going to work, school runs etc. 6am-say 10am.
10am depending on where you are, magodo, yaba, Surulere (aguda area is especially hot), ogba aguda (ajayi road side)... These places are high population areas and people here can afford the fares. (Numbers) I don't like ikeja, can be very dry so if I find myself in ikeja I move to those surrounding areas.
Island doesn't have the population but enough people here can afford it so anywhere, except VI, it can be slow in VI around this time. Dolphin is great coz it has a balance of residents and offices. Lekki, you know every here.Lagos island is also good but, it takes guts and wisdom... BE AWARE.
From 4pm, ikoyi, VI, Lekki 1. If you get a long trip, sweet, if na yaba or Surulere, run back to marina and repeat as much as necessary. If na lekki (use alternative route) or Oniru, same. CLOSING.

While on a trip, be thinking in your mind of where to go wait for the next trip.
I never stay in a place more than 30 minutes, if request no enter I move.
NEVER enter traffic for FREE use Google maps ALWAYS before moving.

Reject trips WISELY.
Some people will reject any mainland trip. I say good luck to them.
Lekki to ikeja in the morning and afternoon is at least 2k5 and will take less than 1hr. That 2k5 might take you 2 trips and 2 to 3hrs to make oN the island. Factor in driving to pick up, waiting for rider, waiting for next trip etc. (Numbers)
Similarly, if you're unlikely to get a trip back from there, do not take it. If you don't know the place, check maps to AND FRO then decide whether to go or not. But accept and complete trips, it increases requests that come to you as well.

Have a positive attitude, very very important. It helps in how you relate with your riders. Be professional, cheerful and polite. Doesn't mean kiss ass. Be firm too, don't be drawn into altercations. Have intelligent conversations. I'm happy to talk with a rider who wants to talk and I'm happy to be quiet too, my job is to take you from A to B, nothing more.

No work today, madam isn't feeling well.
Nice progression showed that you were deliberate in pursuing your target, but what happened on Monday and Tuesday?

EOD?
Worst car for this business

1. Poor MPG
2. Engine sit wahala
3. Stabilizer linkage
4. Rattling of all plastic bodies
5. Gear wahala

It's only good for private use, not uber.
To get this car in good shape, you'll need nothing less than 350-500k
Thanks for the input you seem to have a 1st hand experience with the car

E be like say car never show u pepper? Someone should buy a naija used Honda accord priced @244k for ehailing?
My friend bought naija used accord, he can't even drive it to work, it is more of a trophy car. Any time he drives it, there must be something to fix. Presently car is at home waiting to fix engine seat. Whenever we go to site he doesn't drive because we may encounter bad spots, Is that d kind of car u want someone to use for ehailing?
Someone that is a driver is a driver, no challenge of a vehicle that cant be conquered, the most important thing as long as it can run and has clean interior, and a good mechanic the vehicle go do another 3years. Do the mat what you can save as the owner of the car in 3years and the mint trouble of metting weekly remittance target.

I worked under target before I was laid off that sh***t ain't funny

This is Honda Accord 2004. Going for 244k, yes the body looks banged up but it is a four cylinder EOD. Possible the owner couldn't maintain it. I work directly with cars45 and I see alot of Nigerian used car up for sale at very cheap price the online price is always the best. If 150k is put on this vehicle you wont know it again. And with that you haven't still spent up to 500k. This is just one of many cars less than 500k.

Today is the 1st day this week I'm stepping out to hustle, if I was on rental or HP I cant do that due to pressure to meet up weekly payment. I hail guys wey they remmit weekly that one na jackey work. Fleet owners dont feel like am spoiling business oh. The truth some ppl will still be slaves no matter the knowledge you try to expose them to that's how this life was designed, so fear not the ocean has many fishes so the bait must catch one if not more.

Yh I noticed the head line was different from the content, the truth is that uber still remains the no1 ehailing app, they respect partners time. For me uber is more than a driver's app it's an incorporation
