I went to his office at NASS as a fresh graduate while he was MHR but nothing meaningful came from him. I was directed to another MHR from Yagba who offered a helping hand. My brother, SDM is not d solution Kogites are yearning for at the moment. Prince Abubakar Audu continue to rest in the bosom of the Almighty because U have really done what no one (dead or alive) can do for us.

Don't make statement like this. It makes you sound unintelligent. How do you boldly say someone has done what Noone can do dead or alive? So you know tomorrow or you know you will live forever??

Dino is bad choice for Kogites. He's extravagant with resources.

With Kogi resources in his disposal, he'll just be updating his car garage weekly.

Na. Tell me one Nigerian politician that isn't extravagant.

All fucking the same regardless of the tribe or region!

Can we have a labour party President with entirety of national assembly members (senate & reps) all from PDP and APC and States' Governors from other party?

As much as I like Peter Obi and would loved him to win, the chances are slim; sentiment and emotions aside.

A State House is being painted, yet no single sign of safety precautions. The painter has no ppe on, no ladder, but using office table, nothing to even indicate that he's contractor or subcontractor carrying out such work at height.

I hope this isn't true, if it not, it's a big shame.

Aviation matters purely reside in the exclusive list. Thus, only the fed govt can make legislation or pronouncement on it. This is more reason why state government needs fed govt approval before constructing airport. And more reason why you won't see a commissioner for aviation or airport matters at the state level.

If federal government indeed authorized the flight this sanction will be reverted in no time.

Nothing like inflated budget.

Quotations were submitted and the client decided on who and who to award the contract to.

Whether the contract budget was inflated or not the client is sane enough to still approve my quotation. Then you call it fraud, when I didn't approve and award the contract to myself. Is like accusing a bus conductor for fraud for charging you N1000 to Lekki from Obalende, when bus plenty for Obalende that are willing to take less that price.

I really do not see any case against the governor here. They'd better look for other things to tie him to this fraud else, He will smoothly scale through all trials on this.

I understand why you would gloss my own reality and try to shove yours down my throat.

Nigeria has indeed gone to the dogs with the blind leading the blind. No wonder nothing works here anymore.

I feel sorry for the poor sap employees that you’ve hoodwinked into believing that they are stakeholders.

None of the bs articles and other nonsense you keep recommending is worth shyte to me based on elite corporations that I’ve worked for in North America for probably longer than you’ve been alive.

Okay sir, Mr. Americana.

Your so called elite American corporations all work with one international standard; ISO, which is also proudly approved by the American Society for Quality (ASQ). The standard clearly states who constitutes an organization's stakeholders. Yet your proud, egocentric and clueless American immigrant ass thinks it's a bs.

I usually don't insult but you brought it on.

Stop embarrassing yourself trying to defend what you don't have knowledge of. Even when I have tried to refer you to credible source to get understanding.

This will be my last response to your clueless and opinionated sorry ass.

LOL... elite corporations my ass cheesy

You have your opinion and I have mine.

I have over 3 decades of career experiences in fortune companies in the USA. What you’re describing is business partners.

Employees are never stakeholders. Unless they own the company, like Southwest Airline.

We have project leaders and project managers to act as project owners.

No issue bro. Just be kind to comment on the thread any time you realize your opinion is wrong on this matter.

Is it not even funny that, you don't accept employees as part of your internal stakeholders but rather as business partners?

Your opinion is part of the reasons why MOST Nigerian companies don't last 2/3 decades aside banks.

Get a copy of ISO 9001:2015 & 9000 series to equip your understanding on what is meant by stakeholders in the first place cos I believe that's where the problem is.

Please also consider doing a quick Google search on this matter, it will also help a long way.

I disagree that staff are stakeholders but I I guess they can be if they own stocks in the business.

Interestingly enough you only zeroed in on stake holding and not the causative factors for the terminations that he laid out.

Well, just so you know, I'm a stakeholders Interface management strategist for a multinational company. So it's fair to say I have deep understanding of what constitute stakeholders.

Now, starting with common understanding of what stakeholders are, they are persons/organizations/ etc that have influence on business operations. They either have a positive or negative influence on your activities. With this, stakeholders are structured into main categories of internal and external stakeholders. In this particular context, your staff, shareholders, board of directors, EMT, etc forms your internal stakeholders because they willed significant influence and interest in your business.

I recommend you read more on what is called power and influence grid. It will help your understanding more on who stakeholders are, their influence and how their interests can be effectively managed.

Career / Re: How To Build A Successful Career As A Data Scientist by m4goodlife: 11:13am On Sep 02, 2018
Indeed this a good career part. I started as a research analyst shortly after youth service, then was helping undergraduates with research analysis while looking for a job. Job never came, so I picked interest in core data training, it was easy cos I had a degree in economics. Went for masters degree and today I am a professional data analyst, and currently works in a public university in Nigeria as a data analyst.

I still do private consulting works which sometimes turn in cash that is higher than my monthly pay in days.

Data analyst is a good career part indeed. As an undergraduate, learn to do a thorough research project as it will equipped you with the basics of data extraction and analyzes. Then endure to learn how to play with statistical softwares around, like SPSS, EVIEWS, MINITAB, STATA, EXCEL, MATHLAB, among others.

Lastly, picking up this career requires constant and continuous learning, new statistical softwares and data applications are always updated and to keep up in the industry you need to be above board.

Cheers!

Hi peeps, I'm thinking of changing my car Honda to a better budget efficient car. Ordinary I would love to go for a Toyota but my budget right now can't afford that. I'm thinking of going for nissan altima 2001 model, but I rarely know much about the car especially its maintenance cost and how fuel efficient it is. I will appreciate an honest review of it. Thank you.
