Mikel is above brahimi and co in terms of NAME, dont go there o, maybe because say baba don old thats why that mumu no see him name call

If you are calling brahimi and feghouli then you should be calling onyekuru because he plays for gala and he is a regular there
Brahimi has consistently put up a good shift at Porto. He can be ranked in that level, just as mikel did with Chelsea. For brahimi His stats will attest to this.

He is right, same way we only know Mahrez. As Brahimi, feghouli are on the same ranks with ndidi, Mikel and iwobi.

Has any team scored first in the knockout stage of this AFCON and eventually end up loosing the gamehuh

Madagascar took the lead twice and defeated Dr Congo.

Nigeria too the initial lead against Cameroon and South Africa and eventually won.

Same with Tunisia against Ghana.

Algeria is just gonna win this game following that logic

Benin republic have played four games in this ongoing AFCON, they yet to win or loose any in regular time.

They have played three African giants, which include Morocco, Cameroon and Ghana. In all these matches they did not loose one.

Unfortunately, they have another african giant to play for a semifinal slot, that is Senegal. If they overcome this hurdle, i can confidently say they are the surprise team of the tournament

Morocco in the group stage have played liked Nigeria.. Can we call that championship stuff. They always grind out that one nil win.

Again in the 90th minute against South Africa.
The only difference here in comparison with Nigeria is that they are a much more attacking side unlike Nigeria.

Why the fight. Oshoala and Ebi I think.

Ebi saying something like "no dey pour me water"
And asisat oshoala flaring up as she is being led away by the coaching crew

Three players were already warming up on the sideline because he the coach knew we weren't in any favourable position and we needed to change but he was just too slow to respond.
If there were 9 players warming up at the sideline does that mean he wants to play them at that time.

Why did he later make substitution?
Why wouldn't he, we were not in a clearly favorable position. You watched the match. We were red carded and we needed to believe that what we had on bench could bring much needed results which still didn't work with the 8 mins added time.

Plus we had minor injury worries with oshoala.

I believe these reasons were good enough to make changes. If not why make any in the first instance.

I

You will make a bad coach then.

Do you know how many shots on goal France had after the substitution?
It's not about shots and possession its about getting a result. We needed a result and the best 11 were on the pitch for that. Barring injuries, we were not down, we had the game just where we wanted to have it, it was still favorable to us.

So why make a substitute if it cannot improve the state of things. Except I was gunning for a win or I doubted my defense ability to keep up with the pressure, then I'd make one.

I think the coach did what many good coaches would have done. Kept the team compact like that. There was no need bringing a fresh leg which can equally be calamitous to our play.

He should have made changes as soon as France brought in two fresh legs.

This coach did the same thing Rohr did at the world cup. Slow thinking coaches.
Like I knew that's what you were gonna say. He needed no changes we were dealing with those French substitutes well. If I were him, I could even play the 90 mins without any sub or probably substitute oshoala who didn't seem too fit as the game went on

We are playing with 10 women and France is still struggling like this. France certainly wouldn't go in this tournament

But that's not what bothers me, they said almost all their team players come from Lyon who are women champion in Europe yet they struggle against us. This only means that we have the raw talents to match these female teams including USA. we just need a proper structure, say proper female league open to neighboring African countries at lest with good incentives and perks.

We can dominate global women football.
Forget the loss today. It means nothing. The girls did play well

Nothing clear about that thing to make it a penalty. The VAR never showed its a penalty. How did that useless woman of a referee come to that conclusion.
She has just cheated us. Or is she scared they'd lynch her if she didn't blow for penalty
