There's a limit to minding one's business when family is concerned. Did you also see other things he mentioned like not showing up or showing any form of concern when the Mum was hospitalized, not even a phone call? Did you also read the part where he stated that his brother would go on lavishing his money on outsiders and not his immediate family, mind you I'm not even talking about his siblings alone but his own wife and children?

What about if problem comes e.g. sickness, and he needs care, who do you think he will run to or will run after him? Is it not the same family he abandoned? You may not need your family until when faced with challenges then you will understand the importance of family.

I like this situation because it is bringing the importance of diesel to the economy to limelight. The price of diesel has been unapologetic on rise since last but many people didn't know it, no noise whatsoever. Maybe because many people don't use it directly. A few of us that use diesel understand it's importance to any economy.

My recent experiences in Enugu for almost 2 yrars now have changed my perception about the state.
There are very huge projects always going on or being commissioned at every point in time but I don't know why they don't like publicising it like other states. That governor has built many thousands of kilometres of roads in rural areas within the few years.
If you attend any ceremony in any part of Enugu villages like Ikem, Agbani, Nsukka, Ngwoo and so on, you will see these things for your self.
I haven't seen any state wer anyone can drive on tarred roads for almost 6 hrs in the villages except here. B4 I moved to Lagos, I have lived in Kogi and Abuja, then Amawbia Awka b4 being posted to GRA, Enugu but I haven't seen such massive rural road construction

The Federal High Court, Abuja, on Tuesday, sacked Ebonyi State Governor, Dave Umahi and his Deputy, Eric Kelechi Igwe.

POLITICS NIGERIA reports that the decision follows their defection from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressive Congress (APC) in November 2020.

The court, in a judgement delivered by Justice Inyang Ekwo, held that the total number of 393, 042 votes Governor Umahi secured during the March 9, 2019 gubernatorial election in Ebonyi state, belonged to the PDP and same could not be legally transferred to the APC.

According to the court, having defected to the APC, both Umahi and his deputy, not only jettisoned the PDP, but also the votes that belonged to it.

It ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to immediately receive from the PDP, names of persons to replace Umahi and his Deputy, or in the alternative, conduct fresh gubernatorial election in Ebonyi state in line with section 177(c) of the 1999 Constitution, as amended.
