slawormiir: Damnnn niggar Just normal for Africans
They don't want to help their loved ones
Not knowing that the easiest way to become a Billionaire is to ensure that you help people around you to become a millionaire first....
And I have noticed something...it seems the uncles from our mother side are more caring and assisting than those moda fuckkking uncles from our fathers family .....and the most annoying thing is that we always share the same ancestral surname with those fuckkking uncles from the fathers family....still they will not be willing to help
So op...if that your friend's uncle is from the father's family....your friend should not rely on him... Anyway....what do I know....am just a weed smoker, a pussy banger and a drunkard
Don't generalize biko. They are still a host of caring and helping relatives in high places here in Nigeria.
Shayron: I have been on this forum for quite sometime, I have been a guest all this while but my friend is in desperate need of help so I figure out it would be better if I seek you guys opinion.
I have a friend who's uncle is a well to do man works in a big organization and can use is influence to secure jobs or loans for my freind.
My freind has been at his Mercy for quite some time now, she is very hard-working though but she has witnessed the man help those who ain't even family members secure jobs in great places.
This is someone she calls family and uncle. This is not the first time of seeing this, I have seen this quite a lot it's very common amongst our people here in the south.
My question is why do family members turn your backs on you even though they have the power to help you out of your current situation. Blood they say is Thicke than water if I can't help my cousin or nephew then why are we family. She has been begging this man, and this man clearly can work things out. She has a work herself but it's not self sustaining coupled with the act that she has younger ones to look after.
I have told her to look elsewhere that sometimes our helpers are not close as we think? What kinda advie would you give her
Your advice is the best anyone can give. Personally I have conquered the mindset of believing that I have someone somewhere who could help me. I believe in God and he's all I've got. If anybody anywhere helps I always see it as a privilege from God only and this has really worked for me greatly.
Unbelievable and Despicable act by the evil ones among the Police This is synonymous with the evil, the most wicked and devilish police officer in the history of Africa committed in this nation just few years ago.
Children of hate, frustrations and perdition, Have you ever heard the name James Nwafor in the history of this nation?
The man who along with his fellow devils killed over 100 Anambra youths, sold their parts to ritualists (as the victims families alleged) and also fed multipleof them to the fishes to cover up his crime (pictures of that abound everywhere online!) Is it that their lives do not matter, that is why you are not talking about it as we sane and Responsible igbos and Nigerians do.
What have you said about that Massacre?! Bunch of shameless hypocrites.
Reading the link below will bring tears to your eyes if you have blood flowing in your veins.
I was tied, my hands and my legs at the back together, and I was being tortured. They just wanted me to say, Yes, I did it. Of course, I didn’t do anything, I was just 17 at that time, and I was not ready to say I did it. But the torture was too much, I couldn’t stand anymore. I had to agree that yes, I did it. Because that was the only way they said they would stop torturing me.
“The social action team came in; I had been in prison for three years, because my case was dumped in a court that was not sitting. So, they helped me to pick it up and transfer it to a court that was sitting. And they were paying my lawyer to hasten up the case. That was how I was discharged and acquitted.” Esther’s account is one of many, and the bulk of such happened in Anambra, particularly in Awkuzu, where activists say, is the ground zero of SARS brutality in the country.
First of all, we aren't the ones that shared the pictures, The thread of Nwafor's atrocities is on many threads on Nairaland here, The pictures you see here are from Nairaland (as you can see) and it is everywhere online also. Your guess is as good as ours. That is what hypocrisy and politics of hatred and wickedness can do to people's brain. That is the kinda country you find yourself. Since he is our brother, and one of our own, let us leave him alone mentality is one of the evil vices that has taken this country 100 years back. But let us go to other states and complain, protest and burn down their properties for 1/10th of what happened in Anambra!! Wickedness even to our dead brothers and children in Anambra, all because of politics.
He deserves more than just death. Guess the evil politicians he served under are the ones protecting him.
It's all a matter of time. Him and his family, everyone shielding him will all reap the fruit of his evil and every person trying to hide and protect him.
If there is an adjective to use instead of evil, it would have been so apt. James Nwafor is more than evil.
No be curse, Na FACT!
You have a very questionable character.
Nwaotu10: None! Willing to learn, regardless of the number of years required. It's my thing. I have strong passion for it. Help me if you're willing! I don't know how to go about it.
Sorry I can't help you. I need someone who can drive 2020 Howo truck
udele1: Nice. It should remain locked till the end of the trial. Since they are trading with Nigerian currency and closing shops for the Biafran fraud.
They were forcing people to stay at home, spoiling their cars. Let them know what it feels like to force people to do things against their will.
nairavsdollars: Olosho princess. Forming holier than thou now her nyansh is outside. She and Iyabo Ojo may end up going to jai.. (not supporting Baba Ijesha stupid act)
paulolee: just imagine, a 28 year old la liga winner, ucl winner n even a world cup winner going to man.u for just £41m because he ia French.. BT this same man.u bought maguire dt just won d EPL with Leicester for £80m because he Is British I always knew dt EPL teams do overrate their players n maybe they also over price English players because i still don't know whats so special in that maguire ahead of varane..
Ignorance they say is a disease. Would you rather pay hundreds of millions for a player whose contract is running out in a year? Did you ask yourself why Sancho's price dropped this term and could further drop in the coming year if united did not snap him up now.
madaembee: Another avenue to deceive Nigerians. After supporting buhari in 2015, na so
That's not fair. This man was among the people that led occupy Nigeria in ojota. So it is not out of place for him to lead another protest against the present government. What matters is the future of Nigeria.
FarahAideed: You clearly do not know what a billion dollars is not naira ooo...it's a really big deal so big not upto 3000 people have it in out of 7 billion humans
Sanchez01: I know how pentecostal churches function quite well. If you have issues with the church, IT WILL BE SPELT IN YOUR LETTER OF DISMISSAL but nowhere in that letter did the church state that the pastors left their primary places of assignments. Plus, full time pastors rely solely on the monthly earning from the church. IF THE PASTORS WERE ASSIGNED THEN IT MEANS THEY WERE ON THE CHURCH'S PAYROLL.
The letter below took them up on GROWTH INDEX and not negligence. I have seen these things up close TOO MANY TIMES. Yes, pastors have KPIs, as surprising as it is and it is what is used in determining their performance. Interestingly, RETURNS is the summary of their KPIs. A sign your church is doing well is the number of MONTHLY RETURNS and sign that it is not is the LOW RETURNS. I have seen pastors queried, redeployed and even demoted FOR NOT GROWING THEIR CHURCH.
All these explanations are just excuses on behalf of the modus operandi of Pentecostalism in Nigeria. The model is American and it is a disgusting one.
I choose to disagree with you on this. You may have had your experience (s) with other pentecostal churches but that shouldn't be a model to access all others. From my experience in LFC, I understand that the church is on a massive evangelism cum church growth drive since 2015 till date. There's also a very aggressive church planting agenda all around the world. I also know that being a living faith pastor is quite demanding. Therefore is is important to access the pastors' performance on the threshold of the mandate given to them. Now as it is, the mandate is to bring about the numerical growth of the church. Many pastors and some individuals have been commended and openly honored by Bishop Oyedepo for their exploits on the harvest field.
kingxsamz: Wow, so not "all men will hear the gospel"? What happened to "the violent taketh it by force"? Why are they closing the churches, why didn't they use prayers to win them over? Like how Moses was able to free the people of Israelites? Besides, I mentioned Iran, Iraq, Pakistan and Afghanistan. Will the Chidren in those countries now go to hell because their government didn't want the gospel preached to them? Haba!
I wish your commentary is bourne out of the desire to learn.
In winners, the main duty of resident pastor is church growth i.e in numbers of people...
the fact is...no pastor can force people to give...Increase in number of people doesn’t necessarily translate to increase in money...
For example...if number of women( mothers are on the increase in a particular month. Automatically that’s double or triple because mothers will come with kids... but that won’t mean increase in offering or tithe...as children don’t give...
A pastor can’t drag rich people to church or force them to give so really he has no control over increase in money....
My opinion shaa
You are on point bro. The so called sacked pastors are mischievous. I wonder if they have the spirit of God in them. The church growth agenda is a mandate and they know it. The drive has been there since 2015.
rollywise: Facts pain this one. The poor argue with anything giving. Hmmm.... The poor will die poor while the rich will get richer. Lol] How you people reason at times is sickening. Who actually is the rich. Can any church stand without finances? The very church building that you lots enjoy to loathe, who is enjoying it? The pastor alone or the members who worship there?
Athemisia: Until you eat it you won't know the difference... 1. It's hard to chew and not sweet like cow meet. 2. Chemicals are used to make the skin swell like cow skin. 3. Those sellers won't tell you. 4. They're not slaughtered but found dead in the bush and cuase of death is not known.
