I am getting access denied after clicking complete application

I have opened 3 gmail account, I have registered 3 accounts, this is the 4th one, Hope I am not doomed

Hello I have just completed my registration.

What I did.

I created a new email address.

Downloaded VPN and changed my location to UK.

I used Firefox on my laptop.

Got the the confirmation mail, logged in and completed my application. No single error

Which position please?

Could it be that, those applying for Officer Cadre are the ones experiencing this access denied.
Is there anyone who has successfully completed for Officer Cadre?

Do I wait or reapply it keeps saying access denied when I click complete application

I think I need to contact the HR o, cos I'm yet to receive their mail for the test and they didn't send me any regret mail. Or does anyone have any idea what could be wrong? I was hoping I would receive it by yesterday but nothing yet

You are getting things mixed up, bro.
Cultural fit test congratulatory message comes almost immediately after completion, what I'm talking about is congratulatory message for the logical reasoning test.
