Religion / Re: Why Did God Have To Take A Break After Six Days Of Actively Creating The World? by macIB(m): 12:59pm On Apr 17, 2010 |
stop this "Judeo-christain" creationism crap ! I might as well believe God created the world by sending Obatala or Oduduwa, the way yorubas belief, or God send Pan ku like the chinese belief. All these creation stories are myth and folklores just to glorify a supreme being in each cultural settings So if hypothetically Adam and Eve and the animals and plants were made like say 20,000 years ago what is the fate of the Dinosaurs who were around 230 million years ago or so. so God created humans as Homosapiens straight out; what is the fate of the Homo erectus, Homo heidelbergensis, and Homo neanderthalensis. All these creationism story are fraud and to be considerate, myths! WE SHOULD STOP THINKING FOR GOD |
Religion / Re: Should African Religions Be Preserved? by macIB(m): 12:45pm On Apr 17, 2010 |
the answer is no! the bible says 'old things are passed away. All things have become new" 2 Corinthians 5:17 What an irrational way to answer an intelligent question! I cry for humanity if people like this abound on this planet 1 Like |

Islam for Muslims / Re: Similarities Between Qu'ran And Odu Ifa Of Yorubas by macIB(m): 8:38am On Jan 01, 2010 |
@ trueseeker where did you get your information from sef? like all religion, there might be some similarity btw the two but they are both basically different religious sect, not a progression from one to another. Also, history does not tell us who or where Oduduwa was actually from. All those mecca stories are bullsh, t! Oral history, panegyric and eulogies tells us from the east ("where the sun rises", and remember it could also be a myth! |

Meanwhile, contrary to repeated claims by the Director General of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), Dr. Harold Demuren, that the explosive devices found with Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, did not pass through the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA), Ikeja, Lagos, the would-be terrorist has stated that he, indeed, passed through the Lagos airport, twice, with the deadly devices undetected. This Dr Demuren is a liar and a confirm fool who does not know his job! |

Religion / Re: Christmas Is Religious Adultery; 25th Dec. Isn't Jesus' Bday by macIB(m): 8:43am On Dec 25, 2009 |
What exactly do you believe . . . I am a spiritual person I am not a dogma following individual = I am not a religious person. I believe in God, I also believe in the TEACHINGS of Jesus, Mohammad and the deity Orunmila (yoruba god of wisdom), but do not agree fully with the religion formed after them, they ve quite been corrupted. So if the bible is not your basis of knowing between right and wrong. . . I do not believe the bible is the basis of knowing what is good or wrong! If i so believe, then I will be saying unequivocally that only Xtians know what is good or right. But my friend, for your information, THAT IS TOTALLY WRONG. I have met and lived with a lot of people who do not believe in the bible, but know and distinguish what is good from wrong. Name them, a Sikh, an atheist, a Muslim, a Buddhist, an Hindu, a traditionalist, all these guys do not believe fully or at all the bible but live a good life and nice one at that. Mind you the worst people and intolerant people i have met are the Xtians and it is sad! You must know that God has given all of us a spirit to live a good life without succumbing to any religious dogma or book for guidance. We have God in us and we are made good but something went wrong somewhere, for another discussion!
When you are on break and nothing to do, enjoy the day despite the fact that it is like any other day! @ spikedcylinder I concurr with your historical finding! thks |
Religion / Re: Do You Think Nigeria Pastors Need Theology Degree To Open A Church? by macIB(m): 8:17am On Dec 25, 2009 |

Religion / Re: Christmas Is Religious Adultery; 25th Dec. Isn't Jesus' Bday by macIB(m): 8:09am On Dec 25, 2009 |
Mr No2Atheism, for your information, i give no freaking care about celebrating any birthday for Jesus or any god of any religion. By commemorating, i mean I will go round to my friends who want to waste money unnecessarily and help them do it. Digging deep, you will most likely throw away your so called bible sef, becos its history is flawed too. Just a compilation of some Jewish books by some Roman aristocrats, in the process destroying other books. Mind you I would have done a beta job! So my friend forget this issue of "bible believing, scripture base stuff", it holds no water! Beta go enjoy some turkey and nice food instead of ruminating over a flawed date calling it heretical, ! |
