But I am having screen rotation issues, when I turn OFF d screen rotation, it's very hard for d phone screen to rotate when I rotate it. also d COMPASS is working correctly. please are you having any of these issues

PLEASE CAN YOU GIVE ME D STEPS ON INSTALLING ALL THESE KERNELS & Co, coz I need to maximize the use of this phone.

First of all Xiaomi.eu is a miui based custom rom.
To be Frank there is no noticeable changes in miui 11.
Miui 11 is not yet out on stable rom only on China rom on some selected devices. Maybe if it does come out on stable rom there maybe noticeable changes. I just like miui 11 only because it new. Most themes on the theme store is displaying a compatiblility error message.

Yes it's stable and the image quality is superb especially if you increase the exposure slightly. First clear all gcam data and uninstall all previous gcams, reboot and install gcam 7.

I'm surprised, I have about three gcam installed and this is the best so far in terms of picture quality, though a little bit slow in processing (you will have to preview the picture for it to start processing) which takes about 5 seconds. The others I have processes instantly and is ready for the next shot within 2 seconds.

That was how I became a free marketer for Xiaomi and photographer in church today, everyone kept asking the name of the phone but gcam fell my hand sha, it kept crashing so I had to stick to stock camera and it still did a great job but the portrait is really messed up and couldnt focus, any way to improve it?



P.S I use the 3gb ram version and I've tried all gcam mods already even that of rn7pro still same crashing issue.

Now to the price of the screen. Samsung supplies most of the amoled screens in the market. I was viewing this thread when someone complained that his LCD screen of his RN7 was bad and he took it to their newly opened service centre at ikeja. And they charged him more than the cost price.

I was also here when a pleasant person advised his brother to return his Mi9t because of cost of replacing the amoled screen. And unfortunately the screen of the RN7 despite being gorilla glass gave in some weeks after.

Now to hit the nail on the head. Amoled screens cost far more than average screens. It is a well known fact it is not a Particular Samsung issue. It is just how it is. Two amoled 32 inch screens at home got broken. Cost of replacement was going to be more than the cost price. Its common to amoled screens

Just to be clear it was mi a3 that was returned not mi9t. my elder brother broke his phone screen during an argument with my younger sister when he was bragging how his newly acquired rn7 can and had withstood high level drops without a case or tempered glass (he had succeeded in pulling the stunt in his office which I cautioned him about) it was on the third try that the screen cracked (the floor was tiled) because my younger sister kept on telling him that the height was not high enough. You can get good replacement screen from aliexpress between 10-12k.

Guys, I haven't received update ever since people on this thread strted talking about it and I was even planning to download the miui11 beta that someone posted but when I saw 2G omo I just decided to calm down cos I didn't even know what implication it'd have on my device, is there anything I can do or I shld download that 2G shi like that

I just downloaded but couldn't install the upgrade obviously because I've installed a custom recovery. So I'll have to download the full rom and flash. So no more incremental update for me.
I changed region to Mexico.

True story (you can search for it online), I can only imagine how users waited endlessly for proper support from Xiaomi, which never came. Although there are custom ROMs available for the Redmi note 2, those ROMs are ridden with bugs. Also, the phone has its own "special issues".
