I know I said I wasn't going to do any research anymore, but I couldn't help it. sad grin

For people that still want to do Arizona; I got a fairly good deal in Tucson. For those who may not know; Tucson is a city in Arizona, about 2hrs-2hrs30mins drive from Phoenix. Good thing is, you can get your baby's passport easily (within 24-48hrs) cos they have a regional office.
The whether down there is good too. The few hotels I checked weren't so pricey.

Hospital name: Northwest Medical Centre
Hosp Phone number: +1 520 742 9000
Dr's name: Dr Constantino Alicia or Dr Dehasse Carol
Dr's Phone number: +1 520 797 0011

Hospital bill: $1,800
Dr's bill: $1,800
Epidural: $350
Lab workup: $135
Total: $4085

I donot have the Paediatrician fees yet but I bet it won't be a bother. This is the cheapest deal I could get in the AZ axis.

Sista ure too mussh na! Infact Phema for president 2015! Nice one the options don dey many o. Ok so Az peeps may nor need to change flights just portttt.... Thanks for this info, e go dry tears I dey tell u

Is there something wrong not taken folic acid during early trimester?

Actually, I was advised by my doctor not to take any medication during my trimester. I adhered to his advice.

I later discovered while searching the net, that it is good to take folic acid before and during pregnancy.

However, the reason he gave was that my body contains what the baby need during the first trismester. Now I'm in my second trimester I was giving Pronatal.

Second question

Which milk is good for a pregnant woman?.

I just got Frisomum, I don't know if it's okay.

Note: If this is not the right place to post my concerns, please pardon me .

Sister, may be you should ask your doctor personally I don't think anything will happen just cos you didn't take folic acid.just eat healthy and get your plate as colourful as possible when u eat. I think healthy eating plus ur prenatal vitamins are just fine.
@all. I have asked severally for details of obs/gyn in Chicago but no one is this thread has been able to help with that information. I am requesting specifically for OBS/GYN in Chicago because this is where we have relatives and my Wife can stay there while she is in the US.

Invitation letter will also be provided by relatives in Chicago.
However, I have made contacts with doctorespirati.com El Paso TX and Dr Fagbohun in Houston TX and they have both agreed to take my wife on when she gets to the US.
If asked I Intend to declare that purpose of travel is for both tourism and child birth. My wife will birth our Child in the US and also visit relatives.

If you want all of Your evidence to align nicely which I would personally advice,go online and research oby gyn practioners in d area u would be staying call them up book an appointment and request aa quote. Use d healthgrades website, search n book appointments with Zocdoc.com follow up d best option with requests for quotes! Good luck

The elderly are hardly stressed at the consulate. These few items may help though, A copy of your Visa and Passport Page, Your appointment letter, A letter of intent from you explaining your trip and ability to finance hers, your bank statement and any other document you deem necessary. The key thing is to coach her on your travel plans i.e. makes sure she understands the purpose of the trip and your destination.
thanks boss! Relieving....
