For arguument sake what's the comparison of Al and Nino brown to TBJ? |
Why is that people like seeing the negative aspects of things instead of the positive? |
Hahahaha,must you comment? |
Seriously speaking I really do not want to start any controversial topic of discourse but is there any churcc, pastor or person like TBJ? I watching his program and his charity work is amazing. Not just feeding people also training people to become something in life. Examples included that blind student that was sponsored and who later came out with a second class upper. That very old man that was abandoned in a very dirty house but rescued by TBJ. Also there cases of those physically challenged individuals who represented Nigeria at the commonwealth games in India, giving the gold medalist vehicles and a million naira. Buying transformer for a community coupled with bags of rice and cow. I mean theyy are too numerous to list here and I was just wondering if TBJ is a devil as insinuated by most Pastors or people then we need so many devils like him in Nigeria |
Abeg some of u folks can make person go laff. See you calling someone olodo and slowpoke for an info you have not bothered to confirm. Yes Almedineja abi kini orokwue bobo the Iranian Presido said it on World televison that isreal should be wiped off the face of the earth. So Isreal presently is in a fight of survival unless America that would be in it for their economic gains. |
Gosh na wah @op if u spend all this valuable time you used in chasing Pas Chris in pursuit of knowledge you might just stumble on another curative therapy for Cancer.smh |
@ OP which subsidy are you talking about? Is it the type we have been seeing during the fuel probe by the House of reps. Member than you are the one who has sand in his brains. Have you not been seeing how mind boggling revelations are been made since the commenecement of the probe. Am really smh at u and beaf.mtseeeeeeeew |
If only this issue is investigated thoroughly, I am very certain that the pastor was shot deliberately and accidentally. Looking at the whole scenario it really doesn't make sense that he would try to force his way through. |
Am ready from ma phone so can't really see what you highlighted. |
Most of the big petencostal churches viz Redeemed,Winners,Christ Embassy etc have security checks and bomb detectors to scan individuals and cars during their services. I was in church recently in Abuja when the pastor said nobody is exempted from the check including himself. So with all this simple security procedure why would the Director/Pastor flout this simple procedure, its not just adding up at all. I leave you all to your imaginations on the wickedness of men. |
Why can I just stick to the story that he refused to stop that Why he was shot. Why did I kept thinking that he was shot out not accidentally but deliberately? He is a director of finance (so directly related to money, large amount of money) what he driving himself or was driven by a driver? He was driving himself sounds fishy, how can a Director be driving himself and if he was driven by a driver what happened to the driver? He is a Pastor and winners for that matter, with the so many attacks on Winners chapel so far, it is only reasonable that he should be very security conscious and not flouting simple security precautions. Well my conclusion is that he was deliberately shot,am no conspiracy theorist but I refused to believe that the shooting was accidental. |
There is absolutely nothing heroic about the dead man actions. He was foolish to have thought he could disarm that bomb empty handed. Did you noticed how he strolled arrogantly to the package and for argument sake what instruments was he hoping to use in disarming the bomb?nada. From the footage it shows a perfect example of the thought process of the Nigerian police, no strategy or plan just foolish actions. The loss of life is indeed saddening but what else can one say about someone not having a value for his life. Its more heroic to sit at the back of a patrol van in a BH infested territory than to try to disarm a bomb empty handed. As far as am concern the situation does not warrant this type of actions because the package has already been discovered and not posing any direct threat to life,if you chose to disagree with me then why did the onlookers not killed or injured when the explosion took place? |
If not for the sanctity of life it would have been my prayer for this dumb soldier to go straight to hell (that is if he is not there anyway). Watching the scenario on TV I was like WTF, did anybody noticed the way he arrogantly strolled to the parcel.I dare say I can bet my life that the chap does not have any experience in this regard. Even in film that are make belief they don defuse bomb like that. Men it so so sad and my conclusion is that the Nigeria police is less one dumb and arrogance folk. |
Abeg @consultant take all these jobless people to qatar to go and do very hard manuallabour so dat they won't have this excess strenght to talk ill of my Pastor. |
At times I wonder from the hateful comments from some of us, if it is advisable to fund the activities of Boko haram than ROR.buncha of pharises, couldntses and wouldntses. |
@last poster. Do u tink u r better than those people who were shot dead by stray bullets during robbery attacks or those that died in accidents that are very minor. A cousin of mine died in a very "petty" manner two okada riders arguing who would carry her and she fell and hit her head. So the fact that u survived those 2 incidents should only but tell you one thing that your seeds are working for you. If you are really a member of haven like you claim and you listen to the messages that your leaders teaches you then you would definitely have known better. Do u think Pastor Chris started like this, have you not listened to Pastor talking about how it was in the beginning.A poor man would forever remain poor no matter the help you give to him. Am not saying everybody in CEC especially some of the pastors are perfect but we are all striving towards perfection. Am a very serious and sold out member of CEC at times I put my hands on my head on some actions of some pastors in the ministry but come to think of it. If out of 12 disciple walking with Jesus one could betray him (our Lorrd Jesus)for 30 mare pieces of silver then who are we that we can't err.I always tell people wen u give ur money in the church don't see it that u are giving it to a man or else there won't be any reward. |
Which of the splinter groups is ready for negotiations, but I think it is certainly not the ones behind todays bombing. make una dey there dey fool unaself say BH wan negotiate! |
There is something lots of folks don't understood, ROR employs staff and even pay morre than most of the so called companies you know. So the question is how do they get these monies for salaries for their staffs. Okay you want to ask what about the tithes and offerings? Someone right pointed out the different sattelite tvs how do they fund them? Have you ever seen mtn,glo or etisalat advert on loveworld plus or sat? Its only ignorant folks that would ask silly questions like the op,but I want you to know that thousands of people earn their livelihood from the ministry ie they work and are being paid salaries at the end of the month just like you and I. Moreover these ones also have families that they take care of. Its even advaantageuos to work for the ministry because there is no such thing as retrenchment or salarry cut there. |
Fresh attacks which involves bombing and shootings just reported in Sharada area of kano and gamboru area in maiduguri. Please confirm the safety of your wards if any in those areas. |
Please before anbody decide to open his dirty mouth to start crucifyin Prof West, go through the post below and tell me if it is not enough reason mass resignation in all of these parastatals. Reading the comments so far made, makes me wanna laugh and pee in my pants. Do u think NLC/TUC would have been able to handle what was about to happen. I guess both of them chicken out when they were presented with scenarios of how it would also end. Did u guys not read about the US issuing directives to their citizens to leave the country shoudl the strike continue on that weeks it was termed mother of all strikes. Lot of us here abusing esele would have done exactly what he and omar did. Its posible they were bribed and also possible they were not, but the facts remains that NLC TUC were too small to champion the events that was about happening. Security reports all points towards millitary boys taking over because there was total breakdown of law and order in some areas. Even nigerians too were not ready, did u not see people complaining that NLC doesn't have the right to force them to participate in the strike because they are working for the goverment. So guys don't blame esele because all the information that led to them back padelling is not available to us. |
Just like olodostein said the attacks were carried out in areas that send a very clear message that kano and indeed the whole northern Nigeria is indeed unsafe for anybody.this attack in my opinion is the mother of all attacks and the success would spur and encourage more attacks in other states in the north in the days or weeks to come. It is so so pathetic that ordinarily when there are attacks like this people try to find their way to the barracks for refuge but someone was telling me those in the barracks were making their way out of the barracks for safety purpose. In making a comparison with previous attacks this one takes the crown and indeed if you experienced it like I did yesterday then you should know that these the masterminds are people with military and modern combative experience. The attacks came in a manner that even the head of the security apparatus would be confused on where to start from. While everybody was trying to run from safety from the first attacks around bayero university area, a simultaneous attacks came in from farm centers, bompai, gyedi gyedi, zaria road, badawa etc and these are different locations spread across different areas in Kano, you can only understand if you live in Kano. I have always have this fear that immediately the state of emergency was declared in some area the focus would be shifted to areas with no emergency and first area of attack would definitely be Kano. |
2015 is still very faaaaarrrrr but Nigerians have short memories. All the promises by Jonathan,NOI ans SLS might just start coming to fruition and it would Sai PDP all the way. |
@henry Men this whole tin don dey confuse person. Why would the Honourable member from kano make that statement on national and live TV when it is obvious he didn't get his facts right. |
The Honourable member from Kano just made a very good observation about Jonathan travelling to SA with two Aircraft and uncountable number of aides. If this is really true the deceit of the President never cease to amaze me. With the country nearly upside down, a seemingly inter religious/trabal war looming and also the issue of the fuel removal subsidy saga. He still has the mind and heart to travel to SA? |
