I have personally recommended this thread to would be applicants and they all had successes at first attempt. Even though mine was at the second attempt after an agent did rubbish with the first.

We are all valid holder of US visa and also visited US once. Just renewed our US visa till 2020 and we intend using road to enter Canada during our visit this Summer to New York, or it the reason for our refusal?

I have a fairly good travel history being to US and also hold a valid US visa till 2020, being to UK, Sweden, Dubai, Indonesian .

So any idea on why the refusal as I was so sure in would be given.

That's so much Brother for coming through for me. Got back my passport this morning and it was renewed successfully without any hitches. I submitted both the old passport and the new although the new passport still has the old number on it too.

Get to the customer care crew of the embassy via "Provide feedback" option or on phone and explain your predicament, they are the ones that can do that change for you (send them the data pages of both the old and new passport), I don't believe your money is lost yet, your new passport carries the number of the previous too, neither do I think it will affect payment made for the kids visa. Omobendel thanks so much that's little relief. Already sent a mail via feedback but would try and call the customers care line today, was supposed to submit this morning.

Great people i just made a blunder in filling my drop box application. I discovered that my previous passport number didn't change after deleting and putting my new passport number. It was later I discovered I maybe I was supposed to delete and fill a new profile (for those doing drop box guess you understand this).

My question is since my passport is the only one with this error but I have 2 kids being attached to me and we are renewing together but their information is correct, so am I just making a new visa payment for just myself or the 3 of us again? Anybody that have an idea cos i can't believe na dash I want dash US embassy free money so.

Hello Good people of this house, I am dropping my passport for renewal for my self, wife and kids via drop box. My question is would their presence be required anytime during drop off or pick up of the passport at the DHL office. Thanks in anticipation of anyone that has done this before.
