I hate to be the one to say this, but are these attacks on security agents in the East some type of payback for the way the Nigerian soldiers cowardly killed innocent civilians in Orlu? Are ESN warming up to the ultimatum notice to evict the Fulani criminals in about 7 days time by sending a clear message to the security agencies to stay off their impending mission? time will tell sha but we don't need all this needless bloodshed.

This rubbish the ESN is embarking on will be met with decisive force. You guys seem to be stupid and blind to the consequences of your actions. A word is enough for the wise. Quit this rubbish you guys are doing.

El-rufai is doing well in terms of roads. The question is whether Kaduna state has the capacity to service the loans he has taken for these road projects.

In fact there is a huge economic advantage in solving this issue of herdsmen-farmers conflict reasonably.
The current value of the Nigerian cattle industry is about $2 billion, if we modernize we can increase it to $10 billion, generating a lot of employment opportunities ; vets, extension officers, genetic engineers, business opportunities; production of silage, production of cattle drugs and supplements, development of the diary industry, increase yields, development of manure industry and indirectly increasing crop yields, billions paid as taxes to the government.

Establishment of cattle ranches across the country is a gold mine waiting to be tapped. It's exactly the same with ensuring peace and stability in the lake Chad axis because of the vast quantity of oil/gas in that region. We are painfully wasting opportunities.

We in the south are not interested in the cattle industry, therefore we are not giving any free land for RUGA. If they want free land, they should go and ask their governors in their states. QED.

LoL

No substantial donations are coming to Kanu. I have seen no signs of it. Come out from your echo chamber of lies and falsehoods and face the truth. Modern day SE is in no position to fight another war. We have neither the resources, the allies or leverage to fight another war. We have lost the oil regions which gave us both the resource base to run an Independent country(at least in the short term) and leverage with western powers; (we did not have support from most african countries in the first war and we will not have now)We have lost access to the seas and are now landlocked and surrounded by pro-Nigerian states who could be very Igbophobic. So tell me bro, how will you fight this war and even if you by the unlikely chance win, how will you run a prosperous state that will give us better and not worse than what Nigeria is offering now?

The greatest army on the world is the army of volunteers not conscripted ... Trust me the army ESN has are volunteer and theey are ready to die for an ideology and trust me these. Guys seem to be more cordinated from the way things are and theey are using. Guerilla approach we have seen how they engaged the army in Orlu and the impact

My dear, USA saw this in Vietnam

The only option left for Nigeria is negotiate... Remember that oil installation and oil pipeline pass through the length and breath of South Eastern Nigeria and if they can hurt these critical installation, the nation would be on their knees

Trust me.... They have learnt a whole lot of lesson from their war weary fathers on the 1970s....

So the best thing is negotiate with them or Pull out

Can Nigeria afford the new hostilities ? The answer is no... CAN ESN afford the new hostility considering the Diasporan funds .... Yes

But do we need this hostility ... No

All Nigeria need to do is be fair to igbo and give in

Which one Is diaspora funds? grin grin. You guys are clowns.

Who the hell invited the Nigerian army in family squabble between Fulani and Igbo. I have heard when the Nigerian army was invited when Yoruba and Igbo or Bini and Ijo had little misunderstanding. Is Nigerian army set up to protect Fulani people in Nigeria? Nigerian army, even mobile police, have no place when a case of miscue arises between ethnic groups in Nigeria. Your position at this ongoing in Orlu is very despicable and lacks every tenant of human intellect.

So the army should stand aside while two ethnic groups kill themselves? You well so?

Enugu airport isn't Cargo airport, airbus or other big aircraft for cargo yet to land in Enugu, I believe since Air peace have gotten the licence to fly to China, Dubai etc he can easily deploy his large aircraft like 777 which he promised that it will land on the commissioning day, he will use Anambra airport as regional hub for cargos we have capacity, same as Air peace we don't need to beg any airline since we have son of the soil with the interest to lead the pack

The airport in Imo state which is near Anambra is a cargo airport. Why is it not in use

Do you know that phones, computers, parts, accessories and others come through airport cargo, have you ask your self why most phone and computer dealers in Onitsha,Nnewi and other Igbo cities still go to Lagos for their goods unlike motor parts, building materials, clothes and others our people import through cargo container to east, I guess you most have watch video and see the stress our people go through to move their agro products for export to Lagos.

Lack of an airport in Anambra is not what is pushing then to import through Lagos. If it was, the traders would have directed their air cargo to land at Enugu which is far far nearer to Anambra than Lagos and has an international airport which can bring goods from outside.

The truth is that the minion mktinsight knows the SE needs the airports to even stand a chance of developing the region at all. Everyone knows that in the absence or modern reliable rail infrastructure and roads, it does not make any sense to have one airport in the Southeast that is inaccessible by either road or rail. Even in countries with fantastic road and rail transport systems as in America, they still have airports every 100 KM or so. Even in places that are not so densely populated like Igboland. While in densely populated parts of America such as cities, they have up to 5 airports in many cases.

I totally don't understand why Yorubas are often the ones that feel highly threatened whenever there is an airport in the southeast. Perhaps they know that they have unfairly subjugated the region to force it to only use airports in Yoruba land. While they couldn't do such to northerners who have their airports in every state capital mostly built by FG and use Abuja and Kano airports as their regional hub. Yorubas typically look the other way when airports are built in Gombe, Lafia, Birnin-Kebbi, Katsina, Dutse, New-Bussa, Bauchi and many other places in the north that have built airports recently. But, once they see the location of the airport is in southeast, the wail and fall over themselves why it should not be built. I don't understand why they feel so threatened about development (especially airports) in the southeast.

I am only glad that Igbos have suffered so much in Nigeria to understand the the grand plan of these people is to under-develop Igboland under the guise of "one Nigeria" and use all sorts of sick logic to justify why Igboland should remain undeveloped, while their regions develop using the resources of the Federal Government.

Wetin concern Yoruba with wetin that guy talk now? Why are you guys doing this to us? Everything that we do not like we blame it on outsiders. It is becoming unbecoming. We are grooming a failed generation of youths who are not action oriented but blame all our problems on outsiders. It is very bad.
