seunmsg:I laugh when i see people like you! where was this man when billions of dollars was pumped into Ajaokuta in order to revive it? If the funds were appropriately utilized there wouldn't be any need to write off the steel plant! Now he is running his mouth because his meal ticket was taken from him. Please lets be wise. This man is just a self seeking fellow. |
i jess dey laff! |
midassultan:olamide was made to apologize to don jazzy! its all fact. check my earlier post if you think i am lying. I said it way before this made headline. |
Is it not curious that God reveals to some prophets issues bothering on which politicians would emerge victorious in the next elections or when the next plane will crash or even how a politician may be assisinated but never the exact location of the suffering, kidnapped Chibok girls? My father, my father!! |
isacolukay:olamide was made to apologize to don jazzy though! |
so its don jazzy that tarnished dbanj's image and ended his career? woow! Nigerians shA They both went their separate ways and don jazzy became more successful while dbanj ended up being irrelevant. Olamide's behaviour might cost him nothing or Everything. For him to apologize few hours after his rants, that simply means he has been duly advised by his management. Artistes don't get alot of money from shows and music sales. The bank breakers comes from endorsements and the moment you stop being a marketable brand, that becomes the moment you loose endorsement considerations. Anyway, congrats to reekado bankz and the mavin crew. My only grouse was that don-jazzy picked up the award instead of reekado bankz. He should have let reeky pick the award. |
You see the way they all united to plunder our common wealth. No tribalism, or religious segregation. They only cry wolf when they have been left out. Any Nigerian that supports politicians facing trials will die a miserable death. tufiakwa! |
periwyte2:Lool... very funny!! |
rome wasn't built in a day but it seems we are racing backwards. God please we need a miracle cos this is an embarrasment. There is no area that Nigeria is doing well. military-0 education-0 healthcare-0 currency-0 power supply-0 i am really tired of mediocrity. God bless Nigeria. |
why do i have a feeling kanu will spend a while in jail... say 5-20 years¬ |
MUHEHEHE |
chrixus: Do you know the message that would send to other investors? Nigerian government should temper justice with mercy. Mtn has employed thousands of people and made millions of people better off. When vodafone, econet and the rest ran away from Nigeria, the balled up and dug their hands into tye murky waters. |
smithe113:Naija med school looool. Lot of those docs dont know scratch but I still respect them for wasting 8 yearsnof their life. Why study medicine in nigeria when nigerian medical certificate is barely recognized anywhere outside west africa? |
Most Nigerians are too religious and largely ignorant. Being born without limbs is a rare condition but its not an unheard or unseen phenomenon. I am surprised that with all our internet and mobile data bundles most people that commented before me have not seen such before.... woooow!! Lastly, if this girl was in the western world, she would have a decent life. About 2000 dollars per month or more in disability benefits, designated parking areas and so many other perks and she would live tax free. As a matter of fact, she would be learn how to do things without her limbs and live a largely fair life, Life for the disabled in the developed world isn't that bad. Nigeria needs to wake up. There is something I need to add..... I personally dont like it when people thank God for their own lives aftee they see someone that seems to be in a worse condition. That is selfish thanksgiving. Instead of thanking God for your life at that moment, why not say a prayer for that person. Thank God for the life of that person. |
Igwe tupac. Those cowards wanted to snitch on your arse like crazy but God pass them. God bless and keep you for us. |
My question is, which moderator put this up? |
cckris:Yes sir!! |
cckris:No be fight nah. If this goveenment suceeds, its for the goodnof all Nigerians so its best we support them. Stone them when they misbehave and clap when they do well. |
I know alot of people currently support the buhari decision to influence and outrightly flout court judgements. Well, did I hear you say "desperate times calls for desperate measures"? My only concern is what would happen during the 2019 election! This dictatorial tendencies if left unchecked and if supported by Nigerians would set our infant democracy back by 20 years or more and it would also affect all spheres of our democracy including; the electoral system. Imagine a situation where the legacy of the last administration -free and fair election- would be destroyed and court orders/judgements flouted with impunity. I totally abhor what dansuki has done and I am no supporter of nnamdi kalu but the judgement of the court must be respected regardless of whose ox is gored. Unless you are telling me the court is incompetent. #Saynotodictactorship |
omenka:Supp bro, I happened to b in anambra state some says ago nd innoson is well patronized at the local government level. Peace! |
I will never judge this government by their words but by their actions and so far, I am far from being satisfied. I supported buhari/osibanjo and the 2016 budget made me cringe. Same leakages we have been complaining about. Billions of dollars getting wasted on trivial things like cutlery, bullet proof bmw, lightening, guest houses and all that. This government is not being as prudent as they promised. They are yet to dsipose somenof the presidential fleets. Harsh ecnomic policies on the masses while their is enough dollars to import foreign made bmw for billions abi?? Their words moved me during the election but now, all I wanna see is action. I am surprised that despite all the hardship we are going through as a nation, people are still rejoicing over the presidential media chat. It is well with my country. I pray buhari/osinbajo takes us to greater height. I pray things work out fine. |
Rolings:Loool. The company is actually a comatos federal government initiative and they only make military grade bullet proof for ARMZOURED PERSONNEL CARRIERS. They are not up tonscratch yet. Since you have let sentiment cloud your reasoning, I will let you be. Even if a dealer imported the car, it will be paid for in dollars cos the dealer paid top dollars for it but I can boldy claim that it will not be imported by a dealer because the presidential ground fleet is procured and maintained by the office of the president due to security reasons. Billions of dollars will be expended in importing presidential vehicles and you don't see anything wrong in that. |
Rolings:Nooo... they are buying it in cedis. The fact that the figures were converted to naira durong announcement does not mean the purchases will not be made in dollars. The bmw would probably be imported and bullet proofed in united states.... loool..... Na naira they go pay the company abi? |
Inspectahdeck:But they have billions to spend on bmw and other trivial things like cutlery et al. Nigerians fall for the same thing over and over again. Buharis words is not matching his action. The 2016 budget had me so sad and disappointed. |
I didn't watch it. Bleep his speech. You see, inwill not be deceived by words or "I promise to" again. All I want to seen is action and right now, the only action we seeing is the billions of dollars he budgeted for bmw. Lol! |
mbhs139:Which branch please? I have been tring to send money for close to 2 weeks now and I have been to first, diamond, eco and zenith banks |
mbhs139:Western union and moneygram is no longer working. When was the last time you tried it lol?? |
This ariticle made me chuckle. With respect to the op, I feel he is sincerely ignorant. 1- you are stopping hard working nigerians from accessing their funds abroad. 2- why are our politicians spending billions of dollars on cars alone which are imported. Don't we have innoson? Cant the fund be channeled into building a car plant. 3- estacode, subsidy andnoil import payments are still made in dollars. 4- the activites of nigerians in diaspora actually has little impact on our forex The real culprit are the political class. Its a shame most people are for apc or pdp but not for Nigeria. I am for Nigeria and this policy will set us back by 20nyears. Incould go further to explan but I dont have the time. |
