Amorim has got the team hooked at the lower half of the league table . Payments are made to clubs according to where they finish on the league table. So except United stay in this league and try to win the Europa so they can get into the Champions league through the back door I just don't see where the money to sign players who will suit Amorim's system is coming from.
The money certainly wouldn't come out if Manchester United are relegated into the Championship.

1. Mention one top performing club that is busy changing managers and mention their players.
2. Then we can compare their set of players to what we currently have here.

We should overhaul an okay team for a manager that has not even tried to use the current tool to do something meaningful. You are willing to take such risk of being back to this point after wasting another 700m overhaul spend with/on Amorim? You think money grows on trees?

Nitrogen, whichever manager you bring will want his own set of players. Leave sentiment, I believe that was why they hesitated in sacking ETH.
Whichever way they choose it will cost them,...the more they delay it or try to shortcut it, the bigger the cost.

The best is what they are currently doing...weed out the players gradually.

That experiment has been tried several times and it shows Garnacho does better coming from the bench.

I already knew we were going to suffer for some time with Amorim or even any new coach and I'm not surprised. We have a bunch of sissy players. They have poor mentality, not strong enough and lack intelligence. Their passes are too slow and lack willing runners, especially off the ball. When a player is with the ball, his options are always limited because most of the rest of the team are not moving. We will need at least 4 new players to shake up the team. There is no magic any coach wants to do that will improve results here. If you like play 442 or 433, it won't make any difference.

- We are just playing the probability game here.
- He understands his model, his success at sporting is our yardstick. There is a higher odd that he will be successful trying that given the right set of players than doing anything else.

We've been here before...
- Remember when Rashford's individual brilliance carried the team under ETH? The same is happening now with Amad Diallo. No Amad magic, no party.
- ETH changed his tactics to accommodate the players, then tried building on this new tactics, it failed, he was sacked.
- Ruben Amorim is taking the tough path, if he doesn't change, stick to his plans, most of this current players have to go for his plans to work.
If they don't go, it is going to be a tougher and longer path, that is, if they don't get him sacked before the magic happens...
- But if he changes his tactics to accommodate the current players, he will be sacked faster.

I have come to the same conclusion, most of these players need to go for any serious change.

There is nothing long term that can be taken from this game. Ole and Moyes both had big wins in their first matches. ETH lost his first match.

I don't understand why this is hard for some Man U fans to see. ETH tactics is 100% flawed.
If you take ETH to the current Man city, before this season ends Man city will be playing like the current Man U.
