Leyqute: We started the first half brighter than we ended it.
As soon as we lost that structure and fluidity, we couldn’t keep the ball anymore. We lost it almost immediately we got it because some players were overambitious and took too much risk. Onana’s long kicks weren’t as accurate as they should be either.
Hope ETH corrects this anomaly in the second half. You still dey support this man? |

hatakekakashi: What's wrong with Amad's performances so far? Guy dropped a goal and an assist last match, scored the goal that propelled us to FA cup SF and has impressed in all the cameos he had. Nothing is wrong with it, I am only saying I haven't seen any Elite performance from him yet. If Man U fans (we), keep hyping average players, then we are not serious. |

Oasis007: ZeroHag has proven once again that he is not right man to fix damaged structure at United. Amad is far intelligent and better than Antony, hence question is; why did we waste €100 bucks on brazilian poco?! Maybe he is gonna come good under another Manager but so far so good - O ti bá jẹ́.
ZeroHag had opportunity to blend in youths and ease out tired legs but he fails woefully. He keeps adding academy players to the squad, yet would rather play AWB on the left or force Casemiro to play CB.
We thought he is gonna integrate academy players in the squad, build a new team and slowly start competing for trophies, but he forgoes his phylosophy, wastes resources on average products and ends up disappointing every single soul ever wanted him at the club.
He has 2 more matches to lead, then SJR should the needful. lol...I don't understand the hype for Amad, in fact we should be worried. Antony has been poor that is why he is playing...he is literally fighting for a starting position and this is what he is offering?! If he finally gets the position and no more competition, will he get better? When Garnacho and Mainoo started, the spark was there...they were competing with the senior players. There is still room for growth, maybe he will prove me wrong. But I hope he doesn't become another Elanga. |

Withdraw and reinvest
*Motivational purposes only 🙏🙏🙏 Donvic4u, posting outcome goals, really doesn't help or motivates anyone, it only increases frustration and depression on the part of struggling traders...It makes you feel like you are the only one in the world too dump and stupid to figure out this business. Meanwhile this business is extremely hard...maybe it was easy for you. But instead, if you outline the process you went through to achieve the outcome goal (which required extreme work I imagine, or could be wrong), it's a better motivation for struggling traders. TrebleChamp: Richard Arnord said the club burnt billions of pounds on signing player in the past, one would have thought he would do things differently but he also wasted money signing Ten bald over valued rubbish targets. Signing Mason Mount is enough to jail Ten Bald and every other person involved with transfers at United... Meanwhile Treble, it is easier to point out where anyone doing the task is not performing.... Hypothetically, what do you think is wrong with the current Man U and how would you go about fixing it? |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by main24(m): 5:11pm On Jan 20, 2024 |
TrebleChamp: Yes he was bad, his Inter Milan compilation was posted on Twitter before his United move was completed. He was making same silly errors he has made at United, i am guessing Ten Bald ignored his error prone part because of his ball playing ability. Treble, Onana was among the best Goalkeepers in last year's Champion's league. Any Goalkeeper's bad performance can be compiled. - Whichever goalkeeper/player that comes to this current Man U, will highly under perform. - Any Man U fan blaming Onana for Man U's woes is missing the point. I was also saying the same thing when DDG was here. No individual player is Man U's problem. I believe Man U is having a system/ideology problem. Whichever system the powers that be are working with is wrong, that needs to be addressed from the root. Changing coaches and players won't solve that. Like I will always say, I could be wrong, I accept that. |

Was Onana this bad before coming to Man U? - Criticizing him while isolating his current environment or change of environment is really interesting... Assuming he joined Man city, he would be another beast now. And then Man U fans will all lament why Man U didn't buy him. See Sancho, Bellingham and Haaland for case study.
- Is there any player at Man U playing at his best?
Every man is a product of his environment. |

90% of traders do NOT have an Edge.
- Having an Edge means you also know your maximum consecutive losses expected with your strategy.
With a 50% win rate, (1:2 RR), you max consecutive loss is 8 losses in a row!. You only have the right to panic when you start going over 8 consecutive losses.
This business is all about numbers; your winrate, RR, Average number of trades per day/week, Max consecutives losses, etc If you don't know your numbers, you can't behave right when trading.
If you can't behave right when trading, you will never be a consistent profitable trader. |

abbas01: My peeps, I just wanted to share my progress so far and ask for your opinions on how I can get even better. It has been over a month since I started learning forex (early December last year). I learned using resources from youtube, nairaland, baby pip's free online courses etc. I began trading with a $10,000 CMC Markets demo account (literally blindly without any specific strategy, how foolish), and I continuously saw a drawdown of that account to about $5,500. I had to suspend trading for some time to go back to the drawing board, seriously learn, and adopt a trading technique. I decided to try out my first FTMO free trial (demo), that account sef no last, e blow as there was inconsistency with my lot sizing and risk management. After realizing these gaps, and learning from the mistakes, I choose to sign up for a second 15k FTMO free trial. As shown in the screenshot, I had my first and only profit week this week after about 6 weeks of trading (still demo o). This thing is not easy at all but I keep moving regardless. You will notice that I went from a $400 deficit (start of this week) to a $258 profit (end of week). Still a long way to go as I haven’t met the profit target yet. Any helpful feedback will be appreciated.
Right now, I trade using technical analysis, but I want to eventually incorporate fundamentals as well. Mutumina @davigle, based on your posts, it appears that you are a force to be reckoned with when it comes to fundamental analysis. I was wondering if you could help shed light on some basic information for a layman like me on events such as NFP, CPI, etc. I came across a post here (with a lot of grammar) wey someone mentioned BISI too, lol. What are they? How do they influence trading? And when to look out for them? What are the actions to take during these news/events? I wanted to get in touch with you directly, but I decided to put it out here so other rookies can benefit from the information you share. I appreciate your support and prompt response to my messages offline. Thanks! Dude, just get a mentor and then with extreme hard work, dedicate few years of your life. Getting the right mentor for you, that is the story for another day. But stop trying to figure it out alone, that road is so depressing. |

kozmicity: Easily. I really don't get why he couldn't be bothered to put in the effort here. That would take a miracle for Sancho to do that. How you do anything is how you do everything. While Cr7 was struggling here, we could all see that he is doing his best at that moment but it wasn't working for him. His performance today is no miracle... We are not seeing Sancho even try. It will take a lot of improvement from him to start delivering again. |

Goal setting 101: - Two of most successful things on earth do not have outcome goals. They only have milestone goals. (a) Growth of a new born baby and (b) Plants. - All a Parent does is feed the baby with the right nutrients, growth comes on it's own. for your trading goal; - if you just made your goal to have a high score on your daily report card (which include pre and post trading routine) - Record and review each trade, daily and weekly... - Correct where you are doing poorly The outcome of each trade is random and out of your control. It's a marathon not a 2024 sprint. While everybody is focused on making money (outcome), if you just focus on getting better each trading day, you will have better outcome at the end of 2024, irony The world is not going to end in 2024. What if you had a 5-year improvement action plan? In summary; - Set Milestone goals. - Set lead goal (daily habits): daily and weekly action goals: Trade, review, course correct where you are doing poorly etc - Forget about the outcome (result), it will come when it wants to come if you do your lead goal long enough. Wishing you all a Prosperous new year. |

kozmicity: Thank you very much chief. This is actually my last week actively trading and as for the review process... I've been doing that since last week.
I even got a whole note just for it. And I outlined all the challenges I would face when going to school starting with the bad network in my area to project and defense. I also made plans and detailed steps on how I was going to manage them until I get money to solve them.e.t.c...
I am going to get better, and as for the A++ setup issue I realized that even when I take all trades I see I still end up profitable but I can be even more profitable if I filter some trades even if I'm risking the same amount.
And one of the remaining issues I have is still not following my guy feeling. Just like you know when you see an A++ setup, you know when to get out when you see funny price action.
Thank you for you advice once again, it is well taken and I will stop trading this week. If there's anything you can point out to me about my trading please do not hesitate. Have a great day and compliments of the season!!! Good stuff as always. Keep it up. |

The easiest way to move forward in this business is to do what the pros are doing. - All pros know when a hand/trade has a higher odd. It's doesn't mean it can't fail. - When the odd is higher, you risk higher. - Risking the same amount for all your trades is for newbies. We assume you don't know your setups well enough. - Once you understand your setup, you should know when to risk the 4*k out of it. CC: kozmicity take vacation from the chart. It's okay to miss the big moves I know you might be feeling you have more time now off school and so many other reasons... but the money in this game is made from preparing. Use this time and review the results you got this year vs the result you should have gotten. - Put process structures in place to do better next year...afterwards go and have fun. Resume 2nd or 3rd week of Jan 2024. Compliments and happy new year in advance. |

To newbies and Not yet consistently profitable traders; - Your trading is not going to get better on social media including this forum. You are only going to get depressed from results and charts of others. Social media is just for show off. - Use Social media to only look for mentors, to coach you. This game is super hard. Trying to learn it yourself is extra super hard. - You can find a mentor to coach you for free even if you don't have money to pay for coaches but it is rare to find one. And you will have to show them you are serious. - Either free or paid mentor, you are going to work until your eyes bleeds collecting data, optimizing, etc - In summary; If you are not getting your desired results in this business, the change you seek is offline (extended period of data collection). When you start putting in the work, you will rarely have time for social media because the little time you have will be for rest. - Then after all these hard work, the harder work begins (Live execution and emotion). This will even take more time than you thought. The percentage of consistent profitable traders to others will never change. This game is hard, only very few can put in the work required. P.S: If you've been in this business for more than 3 years and not getting the right results, you are doing something wrong. You can be hard working but if you are working hard with the wrong information, nothing but frustration and depression awaits you. Seek help. Wishing you all the best and sorry for any grammatical plunder. |
