I don’t get. Do you want managers to stay for 10 years? When the person is not Pep? Why should not we sack underperforming managers?

One thing certain is that he is world better than Amorim

Has there been a top game under Amorim that you dominated like this and won
Yea you might be right. All I am saying is: one game is too small of a sample size to make an informed decision.

You wanted him to start with a lose at home?

🤨🤨
Win or loss is irrelevant, the most important thing is we don't get carried away. The root cause of Man U's problem has not been addressed.

ETH won trophy but still got sacked, Ole beat Man city but still got sacked, Mourinho finished 2nd but still got sacked,...the list goes on.

Most fans jumping upandan now will soon ask for Carrick to be sacked when the going gets tough (and it will), forgetting that the root cause of the problem is not the manager.

In conclusion, I might be wrong, what the hell do I even know hahahahahahahah.

This game and domination could have ended 6-0
We will revisit this quote after 10 to 20 games from Carrick. I might be wrong and he will be the messiah we've been waiting for. But it's too early too judge.
- Infact I am indeed worried he started with a win. I might be wrong, time will tell.

Now , they are all trying to feed osimehn to score and that can’t work unlike the other games when all of them had the mindset of scoring .. looking to only osimehn scoring will slow down our scoring chances ..

If only osimehn didn’t act childish the way he did the last time , trust me , there would have been 2 goals scored by the other guys … team work with individual scoring spirit ..
lol, they are doing that because they can't/haven't figure what else to do. It has nothing to do with Osimhen.

Our biggest problem has always been these miracle wins.

Honestly, I’m glad Amad and Lisandro Martínez are injured. In ETH’s first season, Rashford’s individual brilliance masked the fact that we were playing terrible football as a squad.

Amad was trying to pull off the same thing under Amorim. That mistake shouldn't happen twice.

Brah, i don’t have time for this assignment. But I will tell you this: these players leave parmanently or on loan to do well in other teams. Why is that happening?
Do well? like Sancho?
- Antony and Rashford have not played up to 10 games since going on loan... I am not saying they won't do well but take the case of Sancho, immediately he went on loan, he did well initial, and then well well well. lipsrsealed

- I might be wrong but most of Man U's current players don't have "it" anymore.

The only good thing about amori era is he is willing to sell.

So all dem dalot. Rasmus.. zirkzee.. yoro.. Maguire and co that felt relaxed before,. Nothing like that again.

Everyone is for sale
I believe that is their plan, flush everyone out gradually and build whatever they want.
So the 1st phase is to show everyone how horrible they are. Tweaking the system to keep the players is out of the question.

What’s the average term of a manager at a top club?

Don’t managers get sacked in 3-6 months after clubs realize their mistakes?

Is 3 months not enough to see an improvement? Is it until we relegate before we sack an underperforming manager?

Which is better and efficient? Overhauling the team for someone that is looking like a mistake or sacking and getting another manager to replace them?
Lol, you dodged my questions? cheesy

- the average term is not fixed.

- Yes they do...did INOS tell you they made a mistake hiring a manager in mid season without the right players for his style?

- 3 months is too short term, especially when you are forcing square pegs into round holes.

- How do you know it's a mistake in 3 months without the right tools?

Again, you guys are not getting it. ETH changed in his first season to suit the tools he had, and he did well. We eventually did an overhaul for whatever his style was but he decided not to revert. It’s different!

If you have players that can’t execute your style, we should not suffer for it by remaining stuck at the bottom of the table. Adapt and then go back to your style when you have ‘your’ so called players signed for you.
Well now I understand your standard. Good luck mate. undecided

Focus on the present and stop the whataboutsism. The previous managers were here for 2-3 years and we could say some of them achieved something with the team. I am focusing on the current manager who has not done anything right with this team after 3 months, despite sticking to a certain style of play.
Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.

- Why did you sack them if they achieved something after 2 to 3 years?

- Why do you want to sack this one after 3 months? is 3 months already too much?

- Who do you want to hire next after sacking this one? Pep or Ancelotti?

- How long before you sack the next one? 2 weeks?

Slot is playing to the strength of this Liverpool side. There is no sticking to some stupid style and asking for ‘his own’ players. I don’t care if the players are from mars, if the manager is bad, the team will struggle.

I dont know why someone will just insist on playing a nonsense strange style that is not helping the players.

The Incorrigibility is astounding!
- Are you saying every Man U manager since Ferguson was sacked for failing to play a style that suited the players?
