While we spend our time picking at our players that are not playing well and are not showing signs of improving, the real question is YOU;
Are you among the best in your respective field (job, business, school, etc)?
Are you constantly seeking and taking action on ways to improve?

It's easy pointing out others' mistakes but if you are not improving in your respective field, then you are not different from them,...you are not just yet on the big stage, so we can't pick at you.
Remember, how you do anything is how you do everything.

Every opponent this season ran thru that midfield like ogbono soup. Eriksen is a liability. Case is getting old but dude is always attempting to mark and cover for others. Eriksen jugs all thru his duration on the field, he plays like nothing is at stake. Mctominay is just tall for nothing, he does not even add physicality to that midfield, very useless player.

I believe once ETH gets that Midfield right, it will usher us into a new dimension.

But it's like Mctominay is joining the Harry Maguire's club

Also, it seems our players are always in a hurry to release the ball...There are instances where our defenders will boot the ball even when we have the numerical advantage. You'd see 3 defenders unable to keep the ball when one forward player of the opponent charges at them...It is a big concern...

Again, I do not know why do not go after players who can dribble their way past a couple of opponents. Pace alone won't cut it as we have seen with Adama Traore and now, Rashford. Watch Doku a City and see how effortlessly he rides challenges...City signed him for £55m.

And then, there's ETH whose decision-making you have to question. Why was Hannibal not introduced at all even when it was obvious that Eriksen had gassed out?
McTom was poor against Brighton, why did he opt for him instead of Hannibal?

The last time he explained his reasons why Sancho was dropped, we still dey settle that matter now .

Trust the coach, ride the bus with him. That's all we can do. 😎

We can’t sign Pep because he won’t come here. Look at the clean and smart way he has planned his career. He goes to well run organisations with a very good structure in place.

We also have to remember that the good football Assanal is playing now took a couple of seasons to implement. There are serious reasons to criticise ETH but I honestly don’t think changing manager yet again will lead to any long term benefits.

Anybody who doubts the importance of a proper management structure should look at the sexy football Potter coached at Brighton and how utterly useless he looked at Chelshit.

Management is the heart of any organization including sports.

The coach is just a very small part of the Management. Man U is trying to build a style of play from the coach, that is a tedious way of doing it.
Yet they keep changing coach every time.
The proper way is to figure out what you want, hire a coach and players that fits into that ideology.

If the management is clueless, then stop sacking your coach every year. Give one time to build the structure.

Watch City in Pep's first season or Liverpool in Klopp's first season. One thing is common, although the personnel was not good enough still you could see what they were trying to achieve.

Liverpool struggled last season, ETH did better than Klopp in terms of result last season even with everything Klopp has been building.
