Stakeholders have been aware, marketers are greedy people. Even a lay man is aware of the petroleum industry bill, including deregulating of prices and expunging of subsidy. Tinubu is not the entire government, we have NNPC and other government agencies to ensure marketers don't engage in sharp prices or place unreasonable prices on products. A democratically elected president is not a dictator, he works with the laws and works within his duties and previledges.
