Those northern states during dry season have very good government maintained agricultural irrigation systems, good fertiliser supply and access to produce vegetables such as lettuce, cabbage, all round vegetable supply, cereals such as millet, just last week the wheat harvest was shown; we know grass or hay can be recycled all year round via same practice, it will even attract more revenue for states where they are situated and development, many countries are doing it, let me say Argentina or so.

You see that thing in you people's mind, we in the south east know and it will never happen, not when this generation is alive.
