antitpiah: Are we looking at the same thing? There was no traffic ahead of him. What he did by stopping in the middle of the road was to make an already bad situation worse for many an innocent commuter. There is no excuse for his error in judgment. He could have written the officers plate numbers down and then report them to their superiors. There is no point making a show out of what would turn out to be a non-issue. The BRT lane was empty and the officers are upstanding members of the society, a little privilege here and there for these patriotic men will not kill the governor and his corrupt entourage.

edicolove: My broda, I know edo state more than you. Iyaro, and others are wash. Siluko is ok. Dawnson is crap. Ikpoba hill hold up is terrible. Only the mission road by pass make sense and it wasn't built by Oshiomole. It was built during the lucky years. Ewa road is still as neglected as it was 30yrs ago. Okoro road is swimming pool. Adola junction is still a lake. I like the drainage they are doing between five junction and uselu lagos road. But its taking forever. I heard he did well in his home town from friends there and I expect that. He has to help his people and that's cool. He has dome nothing for AAU. Please don't go there. He has practically neglected that school.

I tell it as it is. The one he has done, I will admit and the one he hasn't done, I will say so. I don't follow bandwagon

Omo_Tier1: This is the impression you get when you only stroll around few streets in Benin! I know campaign is over but it is right to set facts straight and let truth be at all times. The development has been spread across the state and those that have traveled far and wide the state will attest to the fact that similar development you see in Benin can also be seen elsewhere in the state. Auchi, now has a dual carriage way with street lights, renovated schools just like you have in Benin! Not only in Auchi, in Orhiownon LGA, in Ovia, in Esan Central, etc but in several other local governments, you see intra-state road being constructed by the government and some schools, hospital renovate.

As for Airport road you mentioned, what you may not have known until now is that the project had to be redefined when it became apparent that the Benin water storm project MUST encompass airport road hence beyond the Benin Airport end of the road, new water way had to be redefined way to Iyekogba river and same goes with the road!

In summary, no body is saying the goverment in power is 100% perfect, but the people of the state has seen the difference between a responsible government accountable to the people and the one that tells you "allocation is yet to come from Abuja hence roads can not be patched nor new ones built"..

ENOUGH SAID... NO MORE CAMPAIGNING... TIME TO GO VOTE YOUR CHOICE... END OF DISCUSSION...
