Stories like this get as e be... Was she the one who truly confessed to suffocating the baby?? If yes, I feel she should be in jail now because eyewitness narrating the story as it contained in the chat should testify against her in court. But forget, if it's Twitter stories, all na cruise |
This news actually reveals one of the problems of this society/country. The lady here is obviously doing this for money. NDLeA keep arresting foot soldiers while the real culprits are planning another strategy to employ for safe distribution of their products. May God help us in this nation. |
She's not even ashamed of sharing this to the public. Yesterday, I saw a video of a lady giving her number to a man on a moving bike and I was like; WTF Fear women ooooo...... Oluwa a wa pelu e |
Ma Sha Allah. Lesson learnt. Jazakumullahu khaeran |

In 2007, everyone has dispersed after the completion of our family meeting in Bode Ibadan (where we lived then). My dad and I was changing the faded posters of Prof Adedoja (of action congress) who is a contestant of Oyo Guber election (he was my dad's fav). The house is by the roadside and suddenly, we heard tyres screeching. Hoodlums alighted from the bus and started shooting sporadically. Before they could get to us, we both fled but they destroyed his car parked outside, made their way into the house, broke all the bottles used for the meeting and met my mum in her room sleeping. She was stabbed multiple times in the head and they thought she had died. Today, the scars tells the story. The place is only about 1km to Baba Adedibu's house and everyone could easily guess who the assailants are. We made headline in newspapers but more importantly, we are alive |
ufotty2001:I hope they restore ours too. |
I thought it was just a threat until they took the light around 10am yesterday. Since then, not even a flash. Even street lights are not working. These people strong sha |
I had a similar experience. While running my msc, there was this brilliant undergraduate girl who usually seek academic advice from me. She told me she break up from her violent bf and they are partially living couple's life. (Her things are there with him). At some point, he keeps threatening her to come and get her things or else he would destroy them. She showed me several text message and Whatsapp chats that span across several weeks. One day I told her, let's go get your things. Call him now. I knew a district chairman of okada riders. I told him to arranged three fierceful looking (but gentle Sha not actually thugs) of his men for me and I only gave them 500 each (which she later returned) and a bottle of big Chelsea dry gin (they are very happy). We accompanied the girl to the entrance of the house (making sure the guy sees us) and she packed all her things within three minutes without him (bf) uttering a single word. The whole operation took less than 15 minutes and everyone is happy. Since then, the guy wouldn't dare contact her again. |
Na one loan shark agent. Despite the fact that we had an agreement, she won't stop disturbing my peace. In fact, any strange number, na blocking immediately |
SafariHunter:Stop misleading the public please. Which of your claims above can you defend with proof?? If all these items listed above are true, universities would have reopen now. Report have been submitted for 2009 renegotiation many weeks ago but the FG neither acknowledge nor approved. 100% payrise is just speculation. Backlog of earned allowance is less than 30b. Since 2020, it hasn't been paid. UTAS has always been in final stage of testing for over two years. Despite the 99.1% pass mark it got, government is still brainwashing the public that UTAS failed integrity test. Who is now fooling who. Finally, we do not have affiliation to any political or religious group. Wait for him to address the public again for misinterpretation. Thank you |
Taking advantage of the situation to make vain promises. Even Buhari says and promises heaven and earth but eventually, this is what we got |
During nysc, a friend saved 180k from the allawee. This guy would starve himself and practically beg fellow corp members for food only and other necessities; only for him to be bragging on Facebook after POP about how much he has saved. But today nko, nothing has changed |
With respect to ASUU, it's not Haram. Firstly, it is legal under labour law to embark on industrial action to press your demand. Initially, government claimed they were not formally notified of the strike; hence the stoppage of salary. Secondly, irrespective of how long the strike is, universities would try as much as possible to run marathon semesters to cover the time lost. A twelve weeks semester would be shortened to eight weeks while the curriculum would be covered. Would the government pay overtime?? NO. Lastly, I think this topic should not have come up at a time like this. It would give the government more power to oppress the helpless civil servants. If government decide not to pay the backlog of salaries they owed it's worker due to strike, who is going to challenge them on what they have use the funds for? (Billions of naira) |
Waiting for CBN to declare their own annual fire incident as well. Wait first, we are still in August, time dey |

PRESS STATEMENT Akeredolu Clears Air On Arrest Of Kuje Prison Escapee, Idris Ojo The attention of Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN, has been drawn to the announcement of Idris Ojo as one of the attackers of St Francis Catholic Church, Owo, arrested by the security agencies. Governor Akeredolu acknowledged the confusion the statement has created in the public space, considering that the ugly event of June 5 attack in Owo preceded the unfortunate incident on Kuje prison. The Governor said there was a mix up in the announcement by the Chief of Defence Staff, General Lucky Irabor. Governor Akeredolu explained that Idris Ojo, who is number 14 on the wanted list of Kuje Prison Escapees was arrested in his brother’s house in Akure. “The announcement of the arrest of Idris Ojo as one of the perpetrators of the June 5 attack on St Francis Catholic Church, Owo was a mix up from the Chief of Defence Staff, General Lucky Irabor. “Idris Ojo, who is number 14 on the wanted list of the Kuje Prison Escapees was arrested in his brother’s house in Akure. His brother, Jimoh Rasheed Ibrahim, received and accommodated him after his escape from Kuje prison. “He was thereafter moved and kept in the custody of the security operatives at the same time the attackers of Owo Catholic Church were arrested and brought into custody. Hence, the mix up.” The Governor said. Governor Akeredolu urged members of the public to remain vigilant and give necessary supports to the security agencies in the State. Signed: Richard Olatunde Chief Press Secretary to the Governor of Ondo State. August 10, 2022. |
