It may likely read something like this:
Carbohydrate = 21g
Protein = 5g

5g of protein per how many grams of bean flour?

This was what I saw in one pack I used a while back.

So, you see, beans isn't a proteinous food but a carbohydrate.

Some people have a genetic trigger that makes them add weight without effort. Anything they eat gets transferred to body fat. Some can however eat anything and everything and still not gain weight due to high metabolism. That's nature at work.

This young man's case was near hopeless. If he had pursued an aggressive weight loss drive, his kidneys would have packed up eventually. That's not even what happened in this case. Too much fat around his organs, weakened the muscles around them. Multiple organ failure was inevitable. He was already doomed whether he had chosen to lose weight or not.

Genetics can be a factor, yes. But genetics will never make anyone as fat as this. Lifestyle choices is what makes people add this kind of weight.

No food is a class of food in itself. I meant to say Rice is considered a good source of carbohydrates. And is classified under it

Well I think it is o .. lool. When I was growing up my friends always made jest at me being short and frail. They will tell me I should go and be eating beans. It was a popular saying then. Na so I para for my mom to be cooking beans for me.
I developed love for beans which made it my best food now . By the time we finished secondary d school I was way taller than them . Infact most of them look much smaller than me now . I m 6,2 or 182m...

If rice is considered a carbohydrate and beans got more carbohydrates than rice. Would it still be logical to consider beans a protein?

Why must they hike the tarrif? Stable electricity already means consumers would pay more, since the token would burn for a much longer time. If you give 2hr electricity, the token would burn for only 2hrs. And if you give 20hr electricity, the token would burn for 20hrs, making more money for the Discos. There's no sense in hiking electricity tarrif just because you want to provide stable electricity. Should the telecoms hike tarrif plans just because some fellows are calling for longer hours? This isn't sensible.

Beans is not considered a source of well needed protein. Beans is even more of carbohydrate than rice.

Tomatoes wont retain up to 70% its nutritional value of long period. Also, whatever means is used to preserve the tomato to retain the nutrients hoghly over a prolonged period is the financial amounts saved from getting it freshed. The best way to preserve tomatoes over a long time is using oil to cover it completely. And it would require changing from time to time over prolonged time. While these methods are effective, they are best in preparation against food scarcity during wars where necessity is on the front burner

You have to close in the spaces to access the link, my schedule has been too tight because of many engagement I have to follow up on. The August cohort group has been functioning so well and the group is almost filled up. They're about 500+ there now. We had a google meeting yesterday to discuss the concept of emacs, vim, shell, and the sandbox. It was a pretty interesting one.

We all agreed to follow one another on LinkedIn, Twitter and engage in each other's post. Since I started posting on LinkedIn, it's been awesome! I can't believe I ignored that app all this while.
