There is a film called "Straight outta Compton" about how Ice Cube and Dr. Dre started their careers. There is a scene where they are with their groupies in various forms of UnCloth and a rival gang or something like that causes chaos almost leading to a shoot out. Long story short, there is a naked (or almost naked) girl who got locked outside of the room and when she knocks to be allowed back into the room, one of the guys opens the door and then shuts the door in her face and says "Bye Felicia" without letting her return to the room.

As per context, people use it to exclaim or show surprise or something of that nature.

As at the time they caused the infringement they (Lolu and Cee'c) were officially partners. Big brother removed the previous partnership and only returned it when the bonding task was over. So it would have been unfair to apply the punishment to both Anto and Tobi.

How exactly do you gauge entertainment value? if that was the essence of the show alone and there was a way to determine who was more entertaining, then there will be no need for Big Brother to give us the opportunity to vote. They will just determine who is more entertaining based on a couple of criteria. The fact that we're given the opportunity to vote means that Big Brother recognizes that everyone has a unique idiosyncrasy and would have different reasons for supporting a particular housemate.
