flexyrule: I can attest to the fact that Sen. Abbo (he was fondly called Cliff) was actually a very brilliant student.
I knew him way back from Mubi in Adamawa State...
From his humble days in Vimtim to when he came out as HIV positive, then during his days with several International NGOs and most memorably, when he used to fly to England to watch Man Utd matches.
But writing common entrance in primary 3... Omoh. That one weak me!
Ordinarily, way back at primary 3, you no even suppose sabi read finish.
But if I believed that a 13 year old is the youngest AWS certified developer in Africa... Then I'll humbly swallow Abbo's story too. I could read very well when I was in Primary 1, Teachers use to come to my class to take me to Primary 4 to read book for the class because they couldn't read properly |

So many women nags alot at home. As a Man, all you are thinking of is how to live up your responsibility, but the woman is always nagging on irrelevant issues, also once a woman gives birth like twice or thrice, some become overweight, out of shape and also affects their hygiene.. So the attraction will reduce drastically. A Man is moved by what he sees |

Sports › Re: Betting Is After MY LIFE by Mamzi: 8:24pm On May 10, 2023 |
Uselessboy78: Good afternoon nairalanders I always felt i wasn't addicted to betting but mehn these past few months ,I have been dealt with severely by betting companies my entire salary for the month of April went straight into the coffers of 1xbet my April salary came in May (2nd) AND I didnt hesitate to deposite the entire sum of (#78,000) because i was chasing my loss I had lost #80,000 the previous month (march).
I picked about three games to win #170,000 ,Almost came through if not for man united
my fury knew no bounds ,it was just as if i woke up every day by 5am and return home 7pm just to hussle money for the bookies
I bet because i have lots of expectations to meet ,I am the first son of 5 , clocked 29 in april my salary isnt enough and all the side hustles aint paying .(surveys and co) upwork and fiverr arent easy for nigerians. delving into fraud isnt part of the plan,i'd rather die poor
this afternoon ,the small 4k i was supposed to use and transport for the week ,sportybet collected it. for a moment i had suicidal thoughts (not suicidal per say ) but i am tired of the world ...for months now ,death doesnt even scare me i see it as an end to the suffering (we all are gonna die anyways).
if you know of any legit paying side hustles or something someone can do.. and how does one stop betting
i would like for the FG to ban betting ,it is a killer but youths wont know it though some people are gaining from it ,but it is pffffff The surest and fastest way to loose money is to chase your loss thinking you will recover, I lost 680k within 48 hours chasing my loss even though I won a million naira but it wasn't easy... My advice is, stop chasing any loss, betting can't be stopped suddenly but gradually, be betting less than 1k or 2k you will gradually withdraw and maybe lucky to win with those small amount.. |

I have been passing through a lot of frustration caused by numerous loans I took from Upto 6 Loan Apps.. I have been struggling to pay and I believe one of the best way to get the money was through bet... I tried to win but to no avail... Last Sunday I staked 1k on some midnight games and then boom I won 823k. Just like a dream I immediately settled all the 6 Loan Apps I was owing, deleted and uninstall their apps from my phone..
I am finally free from the grip of debt.

JASONjnr: Marriage is more than responsibilities...
Marriage is far from how you view and understand it.
Responsibilities is just a task. Marriage is a command from God.
I didn't understand marriage untill I planted a tomato at the backyard and I was always going every morning to observe and check for changes an watering it.
My friend thought it was all about watering it. But in real sense, it used to bring joy to me seeing that I was able to grow something and it was wonderful...
Need I say that I was stocking alot of it on the fridge and dashed some out? Later I also included pepper to the family and with eggs at home, I was always sure of a good breakfast....
The beautiful seeds the produced. Will I die if I don't plant tomato in the first place? The fact is apart from Bills and Responsibility, what else is in marriage?? Seeing your kids grow? Yes it brings Joy but at what cost?? Don't mistake my notion, from hospital, school, clothing, feeding bills still circle around responsibility . |

Miracood2: What exactly do people that work in NGO do? Please educate me. NGOs Non-Governmental Organizations both Local and International do similar work but in different thematic areas. Most NGOs are Funded by foreign Countries like USA (USAID, Global Fund, BHA, OFDA) or European Union, Canada, Germany. These funds comes in Millions and Billions of Dollars. Reason why NGO workers are well paid.. they are paid based on international standard (a Cleaner and a Driver in UN agencies can get paid Upto 400k) Every NGO has its thematic Area such as Health. They provide support to the less privileged in rural areas, Food distribution, Portable Water, Supporting the displaced or migrants.. so there are Data analyst, Logistics and Procurement, Supply Chain, Monitoring and Evaluation, HR, Admin and so many roles that only require a degree and computer literacy and other skills. |
