I see you getting scammed eventually

Few years ago this thing just grows quietly without any pain and stands on my chest.
Got to a certain size and stopped. More than 4 years now nothing.
Just 3days ago I started feeling pain inside it, the thing started swelling again.
It's like a boil entered it and the thing just woke up . I've been massaging with shear butter. Anyone with such experience should advice please.
