Validated:
EFCC is totally compromised, they turned blind eyes to all the sleaze in the office of Chief of Staff to the President on PFIPC saga. They turned blind eyes to Yaya Bello's B70 billion fraud. They turned blind eyes to gross mismanagement of public funds across all APC states, then Osun is their target.
What can you do about it?? Absolutely nothing!!

Politics › Re: Why Adeleke Might Win His Reelection by Mandem05: 2:08am On Aug 09
helinues:
As long as Oyetola is backing an Apc candidate, Aregbesola backing another candidate which is still Apc divided votes, Adeleke will win his reelection

And If Aregbesola decided to support Adeleke, it's still straight winning .

Oyetola being in charge of the Apc in the state has messed things up.

The EFCC illegally freezing Osun state bank account which FG has overturned will give some kind of sympathetic votes for Adeleke because the initial EFCC decision was political
How Adeleke wan win?? APC will win the Osun state elections and go on to win the 2027 elections. Come 2027 Nigeria will be one-party state.

The 70 years old boy in the name of onanuga would come out to spew trash in the name of defending the presidency. He would talk recklessly forgetting his age. That is how low money can make a man who could not create value but relies on proceeds of political sycophancy.

I bet you can say it a million times and Nigeria will continue to hold its democratic elections to elect our president and governors and etc. Nigeria's democracy has not collapsed, give. And to be honest, I think you give us not enough credit.

To start with, we've been democratic only 27 years, an insufficient time to have done better, in my opinion, considering USA is 250. And the fact that Nigeria's democracy collapsing kind of means we, the stewards of Nigeria and it's democracy, have failed if Nigeria's democracy were to collapse on our watch. I mean, I'm not that useless I'd like to hope. Are you? Or is it that you don't see how you (and I) are responsible for Nigeria's democracy collapsing or thriving?

No, I'm not asking anyone to run for president or governor of anywhere. Just that if every eligible voter on Nairaland alone were to vote in the next election we'd learn something. We'd learn a lot more if just 10% work polling station on election day.

You may consider forgiving me for thinking learning is required by us, as in, collective Nigerian us.

Romance › Re: 10 Signs Your Woman Has Lost Respect For You by Mandem05: 6:00am On Aug 07
Kolainvest:
People love because of certain attributes you have usually, let’s not deceive ourselves about unconditional love. Your woman could love you because of some attributes like providing financially, or being kind to her, at the same time she could still hate you for not providing enough, or not being in her life the exact way she wants. She could start disrespecting you because of this.

Some women want to also try to dominate their husband even though they love them. It feels a bit similar to a man who loves his wife but he knows what the other side chick brings to the table.

Know that you have won with your partner if you are contented with her, and she’s contented with you.

I never see the banny wey go dominate me for dis life.

No woman will wake up one morning and start exhibiting these repulsive attributes without a cause. Most men tend to push their women to this point of no return. There is no smoke without fire. How you treat and handle your woman brings out either the angel or devil on her.

Politics › Re: "Political Terrorism" – ADC Criticizes FG Over Osun Government Frozen Funds by Mandem05: 7:07am On Aug 06
Ofunaofu:
Truly, this is an act of terror.

This is criminality.

They have withheld Osun LGA funds for over two years, denying local governments the resources they need to function. Now they have frozen the state's allocation account, grinding the entire state of Osun to a halt and denying it the ability to carry out its constitutional functions.

In effect, they're telling the people to go to hell and die, all in a bid to capture the state by all means necessary.

Truly, just as Tinubu told the Catholic Bishops; All is fair in politics and elections."

If this is the standard, then state power is being used as a weapon.

This country has been criminally captured.
ALL what you have typed now is onto what purpose. We know the obvious that you have stated. What are you going to do about it as a Nigerian?

These lies won't lead you anywhere. As commendable as this project is, saying the whole truth would have done the post better. This is only a section of the road. The road started from ring road, through the bypass to after Egba junction where the road is good. From that point to Obadan village junction, only the left part of the road has been reconstructed. From Obadan village junction to after Ehor village, the road is a mess. You go a long way from there before you get to the section you are showing now. Please stop these lies. I even travelled through it two weeks ago.
If no video of the bad section of the road you passed 2 weeks ago is available, then how can you validate your claim?
