So I got refusal letter today after 161 days. The documents I didn't submit like I said came back to haunt me. Wish I knew about the forum before apply.

Reasons ticked are
1) personal assets and financial situation
2) purpose of visit
3) current employment status

I really don't know what made me not to attach those documents. It's painful.

I will type the letter for purpose of visit and submit my asset documents. This time of course has to be paper route.

For the employment status, asides from ticking the self employed route and the document I submitted, I was told I am supposed to write a letter on the company letterhead stating my role.

Anyways. Goodluck to those still waiting. Will let you guys know when I am ready to reapply

This is why I dislike using agents apart from flight booking. What kind of rubbish is this? This sounds like you have been blacklisted. I just pray IRCC doesn't call these Expedia people because they seem not to even want to listen to any explanation

After replying their previous email giving them a phone no to reach me on hoping that I'd explain to them when they call and we can reach an agreement, here's the reply I got from Expedia below; They didn't even bother calling as they mentioned they would. a) Yes it is free booking, and must have been without down payment.
b) 460usd is definitely above the naira mastercard limit these days.
c) I don't know for sure which bank card he used. Buh it will definitely be one of the new generation bank cards.

d) If you can't use expedia then use booking.com. It allows booking in Naira and I've not been disappointed by the free cancellation so far. I am talking about an already submitted paper route application. So I don't think I can just now change to booking.com

I have used booking.com before too in my previous travel to the us and it worked just fine even though I put my card details while making the reservation, I paid with a different naira mastercard when checking in. Don't know why he didn't just use booking this time.

b) if you used naira MasterCard, is the limit above what your bank set for Naira MasterCard?
c) does your bank still honour foreign transactions using naira mastercard?

Lol. It doesn't convert it to an online application. Fear not, your application will be processed by Lagos Immigration and you will be getting updates from your CIC account.

1. After you submit your application, VFS sends you an sms and a mail that it has been sent to CIC
2. Your applications are accepted from you at VFS when they are satisfied that all documents (necessary ones) are inside. Probably what you may be referring to are extra documents to back up your case, which they may not know, as they are not the embassy
3. Tracking ID.

You are welcome.how old are your daughters?I advice you get letter of introduction from their school,and plan your trip against when they'll be on holidays.if you are planning against Christmas,don't list Niagara Falls as part of the places you'd visit.

Right. I requested by email for a bid rate of 17.0% for 182 days. They acknowledge first by email that I got served at 17.0% but the investment advice letter they later sent showed a discount rate of 16.5% so I'm ironing that out with them right now.

I asked because Investment-One, [url]investment-one.com/about-us/corporate-profile/[/url] bought ~1 million naira of TB @ 17.0% at the last auction on my behalf and I've just being informed they'll be charging me 0.5% of the interest as commission. I'm still trying to get some clarify about the charge.
