Yes! I met a furniture guy in his supposed workshop. I told him that i like the set of chairs on sample and asked him how much it will cost me to make a relaxation chair. He told me and i paid him 50% of the total cost. When he was through with the skeleton, he told me to give him 70% of the remaining balance and i obliged. Making it a total of 70%. I went to the workshop, the people i met there told me that the guy does work there. I have not seen him ever since then and he does not pick my calls anymore. I am thinking of how to get him, but i have made a report in the police station just in case i get him

1)Get another lawyer to write up a notice of increment in house rent. Increase it beyond what you know they can afford.
2) wait a month before their rent expires to serve the incremental notice
3)dont argue or quarrel with them anymore. Just pretend like you are no longer angry with them
4)dont ever give a tenant quit notice unless u want to prolong issues.

I have had crushes on several beautiful girls. One day, after church service, i saw a girl that catches my attention. I didnt want to speak to her there so i waited till she boarded a bus. So i entered the bus- the back seat was having enough space, i thot this chick wud come to back seat but only for her to stay at the centre seat. I was like my God wats wrong wif this babe na.
