The card having expiry date is because of it's usage as debit card. The NIN itself doesn't expire. So implication that it is the Debit card function expiring and not the NIN itself

Exactly what I have been thinking, if they publish the names and those that did not make it take it as a duty to compare the names in the CBT list with the final list and find out that some names did not make the CBT list but were called to camp, this will cause a public uproar and I don't think the FRSC authorities would want that to happen.

Do you remember that some were called for supplementary CBT test and the list was not published like the first list. So publishing it in dailies does not mean anything. All the best.

Have you even asked yourself why FRSC is rushing the whole thing? It is likely that the first stage of the training will not last for 3month and will come before the general elections. Call you January for a training that you are predicting to start around March/April. Be wise!

I think that info does not add up. If the training will be 6months. It makes sense to start December and then go on break during election time and resume back after election. My own guess and prediction, I don't have any source of info. God and destiny is my connect.
