A black man was killed in the USA and it took them a few months to jail the culprits......scores of innocent protesters were killed in lekki toll gate..... Mention the name of one police officer that have been jailed over the killings that happened in lekki toll gate?

IPOB terrorists and double standard.

When Onyema or Onjama of Air peace was caught red handed trafficking drugs and laundering money they defended him and call it Igbo hating. Now that an Afonja fraudster trying to implicate innocent police officer, they're shouting hurray
He’s not innocent. Onyema wasn’t extradited bt he can still be arrested by the us to face the charges against him when due. Also the gravity of a Onyema’s crime and Abba Kyari are very different.

If Abba is innocent then let him go and defend himself now? Obviously he can’t.
Bros,

Your moral compass is p(t)ainted in gold. You mean Onyeama's crime is lesser than Kyari's....big ups to you

Six Nigerian nationals extradited to Miss. in Internet scam case

Different context
Adeniran committed the offense of US soil and fled the US. So he's extraditable
Adeniran fled the United States in 2005 and has remained a
fugitive until this year. Based upon an extradition request of the United States, a Nigerian court
issued a warrant for Adeniran’s arrest on Oct. 23, 2018. Adeniran was arrested by Nigerian
authorities on March 21, 2019, and bail was denied.
Adeniran was found extraditable on May 21, 2019.
The six were extradited from South Africa and not Nigeria..... more like something South African govt will conveniently do as there are no legal hurdle in such cases

Officials said the six Nigerian nationals were extradited from South Africa, where they operated, to Gulfport, Miss., to face federal charges there.

You’re clearly ignorant of what you’re saying, the US and Nigeria government signed an agreement to extradite anyone indicted of crime by the US government, the only way US will let this slide is when top people from their government aren’t interested in the case, otherwise they will because of one man cut the millions of aids being given to Nigeria by then the federal government and police force will leave Kyari to face the music.
Nigeria DID NOT sign any such agreement with the US. Go read up extradition treaty.... I left one here for you

Kyari type of soil is different from Yahoo boys own...
1. Are you making a case for Yahoo boys?
2. I don't think Yahoo boys are extradited from Nigeria, they are jailed here. The ones requiring extradition are those caught abroad like Hushpuppi and gang. That may be easy because they are not citizens of the country and US can request that intepol be allow to arrest those one in countries they reside

I hate reading super cop ascribed to AK's name.

How is he a super cop and still be putting hand in the same pot with criminals ?

Super cop ? Common now!
I agree with your two points.

1. It is ridiculous to expect Nigeria to surrender our sovereignty to another country even with something as minimal as dealing with a crime committed on Nigerian soil. Even in circumstances bothering on crimes committed on international waters, it is not automatic,,,,
2. I guess the "Super-Cop" tag stuck with AK's feat capturing notorious criminals and bandits. Now he's Super-cop-turned-super-criminal, but let's wait till the official release of the report indicting him. I want to read the fine details

You can argue that....but what "professional conduct" do you expect when you go for raids where criminal elements may bear weapons?

He will lose that whole earning if the girl takes the case to court and the girl will collect the earnings. It is a straight win for the girl should she sue the guy for stealing her money. Remember the case of Ivictus Obi. Worse case scenario, the betting company is involved, the man will be sued for money laundering because he violated their anti-money laundering rules and all winnings voided.

Read below the opinionof a criminal law practitioner and an ex law enforcement agent with 36 years experience.

There is a Maxim in the law taken from the Latin language. Ex Turpe Causa Non Artier Actio .In English it means: “From a bad or base cause no good can come”. The makers of the law knew before hand that there would be people who will try to skirt the rule of law for their own selfish and unlawful and dishonest purposes. A sum of money stolen and then used to invest in anything such as land or gold bars of silver or what ever kind properties and as a result makes a gain on it is still stolen property.
Money has an “opportunity cost,” so when someone steals it from the owner, they are stealing the opportunity of the owner to enjoy his money or to employ it elsewhere to make a profit. The money is stolen and whatever is bought or what ever profits or returns on it is still stolen property and belongs to the original owner. So no attempt to launder the profits or the original sum will be lawful.
It is a criminal act for which the perpetrator is well deserving of a jail term that the court may impose . Thieves sometime steal goods and sell them and use the proceeds of sale to buy jewelry or some other kinds of properties in a vain effort to launder the money .The jewelry is also stolen property. If the jewelry is sold and the proceeds used to buy gold bars, it is still stolen property. If the gold bar is melted down and made into gold coins, they still remain stolen property.
Furthermore every person who helps in the process knowingly can be charged with handling Stolen property or receiving stolen property. In this case ,”willful blindness” is still “knowingly”. This remain so even if the police will return the property to the original owner after the Court is finish with the case and the penalty imposed.

There is another Latin Maxim used in law that says ;”He who comes to Equity Must come with Clean Hands”. It means that if a person does something wrong in both civil law and criminal law, they cannot come to the court to enforce any claim against the police or the owner who has since seized what is rightfully theirs because the perpetrator of the act “hands are dirty” .if one breaches a contract they cannot come to court to request that the court enforce any obligation ,clauses or duties against the innocent party to that contract.

2. I'm not taken by this sensationalization of the story - Stole from her? Try hear the guy's story and see new twist
3. For me you can't dictate how the winnings will be shared, even if it were to be his wife, except there is a divorce suit
