I mistakenly put in my mum's middle name as last name while scheduling her interview. My dad is the primary applicant and she is travelling with him. Her names on her Ds160 and passport are in sync. The mistake was made only while scheduling and Im unable to change it in the appointment page. Is this a major problem and if it is, is the embassy able to address or change it if I call or mail them?

Hello house, please I am in the US with my husband and want my parents to come visit us. Is it okay for them to say they have family in the US and are just coming to stay with us for a while. Also I want them visiting this year and next year as well so do they have to state this so as to increase the length of the visa. This will be their first time here if granted. Anyone with a good idea please help.

My birth certificate reads Ada Jane Obi (not actual names). Ada as first name, Jane as second name and Obi as last name. However my passport and every other subsequent documents read Jane Ada Obi. Will this pose a problem at my interview. If it will, do I apply for an attestation letter of birth from the NPC and put my names in the order as it appears in my passport. Thank you.

My K1 interview comes up soon!!! .I know I only need to show some files/documents to the interviewing officer when/if asked. I just want to know which documents are mandatory for me to submit at the Consulate so I keep them in a separate file. Thank you.

Please I can't upload my passport photo on the DS-160 form online as there is no provision for passport upload on the screen. Or are we meant to bring a passport photo to the Consulate. Please this question is directed at anyone that has filled his/her form. Thank you.
